This comfy, well-maintained home features 2 bedrooms & 2 baths with ample closet space. Spacious Arizona room has all new tile with full mountain views. DURING THE HIGH SEASON JAN, FEB & MAR, WE WILL ACCEPT WHOLE MONTH BOOKING REQUESTS ONLY. Also, enjoy the sunshine and views of the Santa Rita Mountains from the backyard patio. Home has a carport and a large, partially walled, backyard with grill. Home is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, 32" HDTV, Wi-Fi, high speed internet and laundry room with washer/dryer. Green Valley has 7 golf courses, 18 tennis courts, and 13 Rec centers - most with heated swimming pools. This home comes with GVR recreation privileges which can be assigned to tenant for a minimal fee. The Performing Arts Center is just 5 min. away. Close by is the Continental Shopping Center with restaurants, shops & a grocery.

We loved our home from moment we walked in. Can view the mountains and patio yard space terrific. Host was ok to feed birds and I bought seed and had our own bird sanctuary.The neighborhood was Very quiet even though it is fairly close to Hwy 19. Janet and Eban were the best to work with. Great location in seemingly safe, clean, pleasant neighborhood close to Green Valley amenities/stores. restaurants. Good location for reaching Madera Canyon and other natural/birding areas. Close to wonderful Desert Meadows Park, a very special place with good, easy walking trails with lots of comfortable, shaded seating, well-used bird feeders, and cacti/other vegetation in beautiful botanical garden setting ---leading to longer accessible trail. Hummingbird feeders and other feeding in yard. Good kitchen with silverware, dishes, fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and silverware and pans, more. attractive, comfortable 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with closet space, dresser drawers, more. Air conditioning worked well but didn't appear to include sunroom. Direct TV. Living room too dark without its own windows, Tables in dining room, sunroom, and patio. Some books. We miss this great house now as it was so pleasant, useful, and came to feel like home!

We enjoyed our month-long stay in Green Valley. The house met our needs and the hosts were great to work with. It would be improved if the property had some shade on the back patio. No trees, or umbrellas to escape the afternoon heat as the back yard faces West.

Now I know why Forbes said Green Valley was in the top ten of retirement destinations

I can see why people gravitate to Green Valley, especially if they are golfers. Expect great views and nice breezes. I rented this at the very last minute to get out of Phoenix during Covid_19 and couldn't be happier. The homes are on nice sized lots! I immediately moved my 'work life' into the Arizona room with the remote A.C. control and I was in heaven. The owners went above and beyond to accommodate me with my last minute decision... Very grateful to have such a comfy, homey spot to unwind!

We discovered Green Valley 10 years ago and just loved the beauty & tranquility of the Sonoran Desert. It's so different from the bluegrass of our central Ky. home. Both of us play tennis which we can do here outdoors in the winter!

Why they chose this property

We wanted a stand alone home with elbow room that is close to everything and has a nice big back yard and views of the Santa Rita Mountains. This is it!
