Merry's Beach Bay Condo / POOL SIDE / DOCK SIDE / Awesome Location

Very clean, cozy condo! Great location to the beach and downtown.

Condo was very clean

Block over was great a Italian restaurant called Cesare’s and a really wonderful breakfast place called spEGGtacular we ate there 2 out of 4 possible mornings there

Also at at Saltys (mahi mahi) was amazing

Also fun to eat at was the Taco Bus fun for the family as there is actually frame of school bus in the restaurant that you order from.

Clearwater beach, Pier 60 and BeachWalk were a longer walk but for my husband and I walkable

Also walked across the bridge to Sand Key

This condo is really a nice location

We also drove to Phillies stadium and Braves stadium to catch spring training games as well as a day in Disney World

I would stay here again

Our stay was great. We didn’t pick the best week weather wise but the condo stay was awesome and had all amenities needed as if we were at our own house. We didn’t need to use the property manager and we didn’t get bothered one time. I wish we could have used the pool but the weather did not cooperate ;)

This property was just what I wanted. Because of the location I was able to walk several miles everyday and everywhere . The pool was great for getting in laps or just hanging out. Unit was close to beach and restaurants and shopping. Property was quiet but close to everything I enjoyed. Property Manager on site was great. Van was around to answer all my questions yet was never intrusive on my privacy.
