Cozy Beachfront Home - AuGres

Bienvenue sur votre plage privée sur le lac Huron! Cette maison fait partie de notre famille depuis des décennies et a été récemment rénovée en 2015.

Situé juste à l'extérieur du centre-ville d'AuGres, cette maison confortable en bord de mer a été entièrement mise à jour, y compris des meubles neufs, du carrelage, des appareils électroménagers, une télévision à écran plat de 55 pouces, le WIFI, de la peinture et du décor!

Chambre # 1 (vue sur le lac à l'étage) a un lit King size et un canapé-lit.
L'étage a également une mezzanine avec deux lits simples et une salle de bain complète partagée.

Chambre # 2 (vue du lac en bas) a un lit King avec une salle de bain complète.

Le premier étage mène à votre plage de sable privée. Loin des autoroutes et du bruit, vous apprécierez d'être dans une crique protégée avec de l'eau peu profonde et propre et un fond sablonneux; idéal pour la baignade, les jeux d'eau et les enfants!

À côté se trouve un terrain vacant boisé qui vous donne encore plus d'intimité. Les feux de plage sont parfaits pour faire griller des guimauves!

Cette maison au bord du lac est proche des golfs, du canoë, de la pêche, de la randonnée, du canotage et de la ville (AuGres).

Encore plus de divertissements se trouvent à environ 20 minutes en voiture de la ville de Tawas.

Venez passer du temps avec votre famille et vos amis à vous détendre sur l'un des Grands Lacs du Michigan!

We were very happy with our stay, and our hosts were wonderful and accommodating. The setting on the lake is beautiful, and the home is clean and comfortable. There was even a basket of goodies to welcome us. I would definitely recommend the stay!

Nice little getaway

Nice place for a relaxing stay. Beach is nice and clean, makes for good walking. Patio and firepit are an added plus. House is clean, kitchen is well stocked. Hopefully visit again.

We loved this property. Was well furnished and very convenient for family with mobility issues to get outside without steps! They were able to easily get to the deck outside and enjoy the beautiful view. We lived the sun porch and spent most of our time there!! We hope to be back!!

Check in was easy. Better than the pictures! Good for kids over all, shallow water, plenty of space. You can hear everything downstairs from the loft space beds, so need to choose beds wisely. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, etc.

Amazing Home for R&R

Fun Family Get a Way

This was our 4th stay at this property and it never disappoints. The location (right on the lake) is amazing, the lake house is well maintained and the owners are wonderful to rent from!

Waterfront June Stay in Au Gres

Property is in great condition and very clean. Comfortable furniture and beds. Well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Wonderful pots, pans, and utensils as well as the plates and silverware. Definitely not the typical mishmash from the local garage sale. I cannot overstate how comfortable and at home we were and didn't want to leave!! The beach almost deserves its own review because it was spectacular. Calm water and warm sugar sand, our kids lived in the water! Many memories were made and again we can't wait to go back!!!Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!!

Great Lake House

Great Lake house for a family get away. Kids loved playing in the sand and swimming. Loved having access right out the door to the beach without having to pack everything up and drive somewhere. House was what we needed with many sleeping options.

Can't wait until next year!

Our annual girls weekend was made perfect with this stay! Everything about the home and the beach was amazing. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms. And all of the amenities you could ask for. We were so sad to leave after our long weekend, but we can't wait until next year.
