New owners and their new management team will ensure your corporate event at this 5000 square foot Luxury Estate is memorable. This estate and its luxury appointments are complimented with a management team that offers the guest unmatched 24-hour client services. Fully renovated in 2024, the new owners have included everything from high-end Duvet Covers, down pillows, flat screen TV's in nearly every room including the kitchen, master bath, poolside and all 4 bedrooms. We also have a projector screen and white board for your business meetings. New paint and new carpets throughout the home along with two fully equipped kitchens, and wet bar downstairs allow for an easy flow as you navigate the home. We are also ADA compliant and offer wheelchair access as you enter the home. If you would like you can take a tour of the home prior to placing your reservation, we can grant you access, as long as there are no guest. We offer a two day stay if needed and we do offer a friendly cancellation policy if something comes up and your plans change.

Parking
There is ample parking at the end of the street for your corporate guest and we do offer a shuttle service (golf cart) if needed to get you back and forth from your car to the home in the event you are fighting the rain or heat. If you need to be in the Jacksonville Beaches area, then our "Oceanside Setting" is the place for you. It is located just 7 blocks walking distance to City Hall, Wells Fargo Bank, Jax Beach's concert venue, dozens of eateries, all the downtown Jax Beach nightlife, the fire department and EMT base is 5 blocks away, and the home sits literally "across the street" from the ocean. Because of its private setting, it’s the perfect place for that special "Corporate Event” wedding rehearsal dinners, baby showers, birthday parties, or any special occasion that calls for an elegant, relaxed venue. A full sound system, 5G Wi-Fi, desktop computer, printer, and a health supply of office supplies really rounds out this estate for corporate events.

Family Vacay
We can transform the home from a corporate setting to your families dream spot in less than 4 hours. The home boast 5000 square feet of travertine, marble floors, 40-ounce carpet in the bedrooms, Brazilian hardwood floors, and more. There are numerous decks and balconies with ocean views, and plenty of areas for outside entertaining, eating, or just soaking up the Florida sun. You have your own private pool (heated) with a private courtyard with a full bath adjacent to the pool and the marble lanai. A full sound system, 5G Wi-Fi, desktop computer, printer, and a health supply of office supplies will help mom or dad reconnect with work if it must happen!

The master bedroom and on-suite master bathroom is upstairs with its own jacuzzi tub, steam room, fireplace, and wet bar. The Master bedroom upstairs has its own private balcony so you can step out and hear the waves at night or feel the ocean breeze. There are 4 bedrooms, the primary bedroom upstairs has a built in California King bed, and the 3 bedrooms downstairs have one king bed, one queen size bed and a set of bun beds for the kids. We also offer multiple queen - blow up mattresses if needed. No condo rental can come close to offering what this luxury estate offers as it relates to privacy, beach access, parking, and an expansive floor plan. The home also boasts a garage full of surfboards, boogie boards, bikes, beach gear, and an 800 square foot gym decked out with high-end Precor equipment. Finally, the "private" crystal clear pool adjacent to the marble lanai, along with the comfy poolside furniture, new gas grill, and 7 exterior ocean views decks, makes this home one of the best values on the vacation/corporate venues on the market. Our normal and off season rates are $750 per night (ask about our group rates and holiday rates) so sleeping 12 comfortably @ $62 bucks per guest per night for this 5000 square feet home, as just described is truly an incredible value!! If you want to spoil yourself and your family, and not deal with a condo, or be landlocked, or share a pool and or an elevator THIS IS your spot. This home is truly a luxurious get away that is elegant, but not so sterile you can't enjoy it. We have had 100 guests at a time and are fully permitted to have weddings and corporate events. We offer discounts to Mayo Clinic patients, seniors, civil servants, and military personnel. Finally, we take extra measures to make the home safe, spotless, and sanitized, for your comfort and piece of mine.
