The ground floor features a king bedroom with an ensuite, slider to access the beach, covered porch and the hot tub. On this floor you will also find the garage game room, with foosball, ping pong table, and shuffleboard. There is also a refrigerator in the game room for all your game night refreshments.

On the second floor the open-concept living spaces are designed for gathering - from the fully stocked chef's kitchen with large island, to the light-filled family room overlooking the Atlantic. You will also find on this floor an oceanfront balcony, complete with a grill and dining table for ocean views while you enjoy a home cooked meal or local take-out. In the the sun seating bench located in the living room there are plenty of board games for fun filled family nights. The second floor is also where you will find the bunk room with 2 full-over-full bunk beds, as well as the ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo.

The third floor features the primary suite, complete with an oceanfront private balcony, an ensuite bathroom boasting a large open shower, and a walk-in closet. Also found on this floor is another guest bedroom with queen bed and an ensuite. To round out the third floor you will find the laundry room with utility sink.

DOG FRIENDLY: We warmly welcome four-legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. (They don't like the beach!)
There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property.
Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.

Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.
