Welcome to the Eleventh Ave Beach House! This home offers three floors of luxury just steps from the sand in Jacksonville Beach. Guests will find comfort, relaxation, and fun around every corner.

The villa is a new construction townhome designed to evoke the best of coastal living. The owner thoughtfully chose the best fixtures and finishes - marble floors, jetted showers, an elevator, and a chef's dream kitchen to create a truly remarkable vacation experience for every guest.

The Luxe Villa is a great place to stay at Jacksonville Beach. One block from the beach, four bedrooms and four bathrooms, plenty of room for our family of seven. The kitchen has everything you need! Bedrooms are spacious and far enough apart that you have privacy. I highly recommend it!

Great location and property, a little too much tech

Overall the property was great. Literally a block from the beach, lots of restaurants nearby, super high end fixtures especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. The only knock was the tankless hot water heater did not work continuously for a few days until a plumber could get out there (not a fan of tankless) and the battery powered blinds ran out of battery before the end of the stay, and the high tech microwave requires a Masters in Electrical Engineering to operate. Overall would stay there again.

Beautiful property near restaurants, bars and Jax Pier. Grocery store and shopping within 1-1.5 mile radius from property. Host was accommodating and responsive during this holiday weekend. Catherine immediately opened line of communication from my initial inquiry. Love love love the kitchen and open floor plan. Bathrooms were gorgeous! Starter kit for toiletries and kitchen were plentiful. This property is not even a block away from beach access. Bikes made it convenient for us to ride to nearby beaches versus finding parking. Would definitely rent again.

Beautifully Appointed Property!

What a truly wonderful experience!From the communication with host at booking, to arrival day and while on-site was a great experience and truly first class. Upon arrival and entry into the property, we were treated to a more well appointed property than one could have asked for... The bedrooms were stocked with additional linens, the kitchen was stocked with enough cookware and utensils to make a feast for a large family. The showers were wonderful with plenty of water pressure and shower heads! The weather was not the greatest for our stay, so we were indoors for extended periods of time. The home had more than enough games to keep our family occupied. This was truly a well appointed property, not what I would have expected... Photos do not do this property justice... The host was exceptional. Do yourself a favor, book this property if you are looking for a Jacksonville Beach area rental, we will certainly book again when we are back in Jax!

This is a really nice layout for multiple couples. Very comfortable, with a combination of private spaces and areas for groups to gather. It's nicely appointed and quite clean.Location is great, with a fine dining restaurant across the street and a handful of good restaurants within walking distance. We needed a large place for 6-8 people for a family wedding weekend. The 4 bedrooms with all en-suite bathrooms was perfect. The elevator was desired for a family member who ultimately couldn’t travel but was nice to have regardless. We all gathered comfortably in the kitchen & dining areas for meals & games. Everything is new & modern & the home is fully stocked with anything guests need. This house was immaculate. Close walk to beach, shops & restaurants. Host was easily reached for questions & responded promptly. Check in and out was seamless. The home is exactly as pictured. We all had a great time. Would not hesitate to stay again.

I met my husband who grew up here and we traveled the world together until returning to Jax to be closer to friends and family. I love real estate, design, and creating beautiful spaces so I'm proud to share the Eleventh Ave Beach House with our guests.

The Eleventh Ave Beach House is truly the best place to enjoy your Jacksonville Beach vacation with your whole family or friend group. This home is located EAST of Third St/Hwy A1A so no dodging traffic with kids and beach bags in tow - it's a very short walk to the nearest public beach access. At the same time, you have the privacy and space that is lacking in many condos. Being a new construction home that was recently redecorated, every fixture and finish is in like-new condition so you feel like the first guest who has ever stayed. With a host who lives nearby, every detail is attended to and requests are quickly resolved.
