Beautiful, Inviting 2BD, 2BA. Horizon South 30C, Private Patio, Walk to Beach.

This tropical paradise, your beach destination, is an inviting ground floor condo located in Horizon South, a popular resort in Panama City Beach. A 5 minute stroll takes you to our beach access and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit features tropical coastal furnishings in every room, including the patio. We do require that renter is 25 years old or older. No Exceptions. PLEASE NOTE: The resort requires that quests over the age of five (5) wear a wrist band while on the premises. These are purchased from the office at $20.00 each. The resort also requires a $25.00 parking pass for all vehicles and a $40.00 pass for trailers.
Sunsets are particularly beautiful at this beach resort and the large patio is a favorite spot to relax as the day winds down. This 22 acre family friendly resort has many recreational amenities such as 3 pools, a lighted tennis court, hot tub, mini golf, 2 pool tables plus other table games in the recreation room, library, and exercise room for everyone to enjoy. Fine Dining or Casual restaurants, grocery stores, and ballfields are a short distance away. We are also a 5 minute drive from fabulous Pier Park, a unique shopping and entertainment destination.
Kitchen - everything needed for family dinners or entertaining. Stainless steel appliances.
Dining area - seats 4 comfortably
Living room - comfortable sofa, chairs and large screen TV with cable.
Downstairs bedroom - 1 king bed, dresser, chest, full bath/shower. (No TV)
Upstairs bedroom - 2 queen beds, chest, full bath/shower walk-in closet, T.V.
Private fenced patio - table, chairs, outdoor shower, charcoal grill.
Check-out before 10 a.m. Check in at 3 p.m.
As your condo owner and rental manager, we will:

Keep the reservation process brief and simple.
Gladly accept last minute reservations.
Send Pre-Arrival information for condo and resort, map of resort, and codes for door and gates approximately 3-5 days prior to arrival.

Thank you for the stay

There were a few things that needed repaired but that's hand in hand when you have rental property but I must say the people that we call call to talk to were excellent at communication and took care of things

Our 4th of July

We love horizon south and stay every year for the week of the 4th but this was our first year with this unit. Overall the condo was really nice and well stocked with linen, basic toiletries, and beach accessories.

Nice place, had to hide all of the breakables since we had kids, but. The owner was a nice lady. Nice area. can't complain.

Great Condo in perfect location

We had the best week! Most everyone was super friendly and let me kids be kids. We swam, played putt putt, pickle ball and it was all great. The only issue we had which had absolutely zero to do with the condo or property was some people who arrived mid week taking over parking by our condo and just being rude. However overall we would def rent again! A Thanks again!

Beautiful home away from home

We had a wonderful time at Horizon South at this property. Ellen’s communication is superb and the home was ready as promised with gate and door codes provided in advance. The home was roomy, A/C worked wonderfully and it was decorated nicely. Only had one issue during the week (Xfinity’s fault, not the owners) but I communicated with Ellen, Lori and Robert and was pleased with their attention and prompt communication. There is about an 8 minute walk to the beach so a beach cart was helpful and a 2 minute walk to the pools which were wonderful on their own and after a day at the beach. Beach access is plentiful and we never had an issue getting a spot (cross Front Beach Road and you’re there). Highly recommend checking out this home - you won’t regret it!

Great Family Vacationing

Great location within walking distance to the beach. Family friendly housing with pools, Putt putt, and tennis court. Fun for all ages. Clean and very comfortable housing accommodations.

It was great they just need plastic armbands so that all the water doesn't tare up the paper ones. Also it would be nice if every condo had their own golf cart so it would be easier to get around. Other than that we always have the best of time

Five stars

We were in town for a baseball tournament. Great location for both fields we played at. Close to pier park. Had tons of stuff to do for the kids. Pools were nice and clean. Beach located right across the street. Will definitely add this place to our list for the future!

Cute condo

Exactly as described in pictures. Host provided all the information i needed pre-checkin. Loved the mini golf and pools on site, not crowded at all. Planning a trip for next summer, will consider coming back. Parking was right in front of the unit.

Great Condo

The condo was in great condition, very clean. Parking is easy. As other reviews have stated, the kitchen is small. If you are planning to do a lot of cooking, this is probably not the kitchen for you. The location was good, but this unit is near the back of the complex and it is a decent walk to the beach. The pools are centrally located and easy to walk to. The washing machine was not working while we were there, which did pose a problem for us as we were intending to use it. The building has four units in it, and we could hear the neighbors playing loud music in the evenings through the walls.

Kitchen well equipped. Very clean. Plenty of towels. Comfortable furniture. Great ice maker. Horizon South offers nice amenities. Looking forward to staying again. Host responded timely to all issues.

Beach Week

The condo was nice and suitable. Ellen is very good with communication and making sure you are comfortable. This is the second year we have stayed with in the South Horizon complex and LOVE it. Only dislike was, it was further away from the beach than our last condo, so that was a struggle for our 5 year old, and the kitchen was small. When we go on vacation we like to cook most our meals, but the kitchen was equipped well to be able to cook meals!

Not worth what I paid

The condo was not cleaned. Stains on the bedding and towels. Went without water for hours with little communication. Manager told me to contact owner. She was nice but no one got back to me in a timely manner. My neighbor was offered so many accommodations, I was told sorry this happens a lot. I paid a lot of money to stay there and neither the manager or owner cared I left early or offered anything in return. The outside of the condo where you can grill and sit is covered by ants and they bite so you can’t sit out there at all.

Quaint Little Condo

The condo was small, but nice and very clean. The kitchen was small as well, but usable... although I wouldn't suggest a large cooking task. It is in the back of the building and private. Pools and miniature golf a short walk... the beach is more of a minor trek, but better than not walking and trying to find parking. Lots of traffic in the area, but once we figured out the lay of the land we overcame. All in all, if you have a small group and are willing to share, this place is a giant thumbs up!
