Perfect stay. When we needed something he was super quick to reply and we were there on a holiday week. Would stay again. I also like the set up one main room and two other beds upstairs makes it easier when traveling with kids and they still have their own beds and easy on grandma not having to go up the stairs.

My friends and I LOVED this stay! We’ve stayed at this property before, in a different condo, but knew we immediately wanted to stay here again for Gulf Coast Jam. The condo was clean, perfect in location, and the host was awesome. We would definitely come back

Missy was an excellent guest to have as a renter. She left the condo in excellent condition and showed she respected the property by keeping it clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend her as a guest and would enjoy having her return in the future.

Great for family, personal space and close to beach

Had a wonderful time, propert was perfect with 2 separate beds upstairs instead of bunk beds

We do our very best to have a clean comfortable place for guests to relax at after the sun goes down. Would definitely hope these guests would return every year.

Comfortable and great

A very nice quiet and clean place to spend with your family and friends near the beach, the 3 pools it has are clean and the jacuzzi incredible

Clean and close to beach

The perfect getaway. Very well kept condo. It was spotless, affordable, and close to the beach. Met one of the owners and she was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

This was the perfect place for our vacation. The pools were amazing and being able to walk to the beach instead of having to drive and find parking was great. Loved that you supplied some beach and pool things for the kids. Would stay there again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay so much. The condo was perfect for us. We loved the decor and the amenities. The location was perfect for enjoying the beach, and the pools were nice for evening swims. We would definitely consider staying again

Returning customer

This was our 4th stay at Horizon South. To say we enjoy this area is an understatement. It is the perfect getaway from home and we plan to come back again! Highly recommend.

Had everything we needed!

My family stayed for a week and the condo was beautiful. It had everything we needed including pool toys, chairs, a beautiful patio, heated pools, and spacious rooms. Only minor issue was we ran out of trash bags and towels but not even enough to complain about. Overall we had a great stay!!!!

Everything was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay. The condo was wonderful, close to beach and the pools were so close. Only thing was the construction on the roads in the community and the occasional water outage. But the owner kept us updated and wasn't off for long. Everything was amazing.

Beautiful and clean

This condo was beautiful and clean..it’s in a gated community with 4 pools and just 5 minutes walk to the beach ..had everything you needed for a beach trip, chairs and umbrellas so just bring your Beach towels ..hands down one of the best places to stay

Teresa and her family were wonderful guests to have at our condo. We hope they come again soon They followed house and community rules and left our condo in great shape when they checked out. Definitely a great guest to have that I would recommend wholeheartedly.

Nice and convenient condo

My friends and I had a great stay here! Gary was super nice and communicated well with us. The condo was cute and clean. Loved being close to the beach and having the pool and other activities available to us. The kitchen was well equipped as we did cook a few times while staying there and had all basic equipment and spices. Thank you for a great stay

PCB BASEBALL TOURNAMENT

Our host, Gary, was a very responsive host. Our stay was amazing. The condo was perfect for our family, very clean and spacious, which was only a short walk across the street to the beach. The beds were comfortable. Our host had fully equipped the kitchen and bathroom with all items needed. A BBQ grill was also located on the patio for our use and beach items were located in the outside closet. The amenities for the resort were tremendous, four swimming pools, hot tub, tennis court, and miniature golf. The resort is centrally located near many shopping areas and restaurants I highly recommend Gary’s condo for your family.

Here for Gulf Coast Jam 2025...

Enjoyed so much more!I have been using VRBO for 20 years.Communication started before we arrived in PCB. Gary took the time to ask when our flight arrival was. When we landed I received a message to let me know the condo was ready for self check in. This was a wonderful surprise!The condo is well stocked with everything you need for a day at the ocean... beach chairs, umbrellas a small cooler and wagon. The walk to the beach is easy and we also ate at a couple restaurants within walking distance. We recommend having the Volcano shrimp from Coconuts and lunch or dinner at McGuires Irish Pub.The condo was very clean and we felt safe staying at Horizon South!

Cute condo

I did not like the surprise 20 band for each guest that stays and 25 parking tag. That’s on top of what you pay in booking fees and the stay, etc… That was no where listed that requirement when we booked. Construction is a nightmare, we found out about it the day of. Also, leaving in and out of the facility with traffic isn’t any better. Would come to Panama again, just not sure I would stay with horizon.

Horizon South - Wonderful Experience

We were very pleased with our overall monthly long stay at Horizon South. Condo was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The owner, Gary, was awesome to deal with and made sure our stay was pleasant. Any requests were handled immediately. I would rate the condo 9 out of 10. The only glitch with Horizon South was the pools. Only one pool is heated and there was an ongoing problem with the pool heater.During the month I was only able to use the pool two times. Other folks commented that the pool heater not working has been an ongoing issue every year for quite some time. Hopefully the pool heater issue can be resolved on a permanent basis as this is a deterrent for guests. Thank you.

Mike and Nancy were wonderful guests. It is so nice to have guests who are respectful and appreciative of the property. We were glad to have them as guests and hope they will visit again in the future. Also, thank you for you comment about the heated pool. I have been told they have installed a new heater and hopefully this will not be an issue in the future.

We were in PCB for a baseball tournament. The rental had everything we needed and met our needs. We weren't sure of scheduling past the first 2 days, so didn't want to spend on a beach front property if we didn't have time to go! We were close enough to walk over twice and used the pools a few times. We did miss the beach views but that wasn't the purpose of our trip so it was fine!
