Beachfront Apt - Exclusive Malibu Rd.

Lovely garden apartment on exclusive Malibu Road beach. There is a short stairway to the beach from the door of your apartment. At high tide, the waves lap right under your balcony. At low tide, the beach stretches for miles. There are 3 sea kayaks and multiple boogey boards stored underneath the bldg and two bicycles. Cycle the 2 miles down tranquil Malibu Road to trendy shops, restaurants, art classes, yoga classes, and Starbucks in the center of Malibu. Take surfing lessons at Surfrider Beach, hike the trails in the adjacent Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area and body surf at Zuma Beach. Enjoy the long walks at sunset on the beach and enjoy the ocean views from your private deck.
King-size bed in bedroom, additional queen-size bed in ocean alcove. Living area has TV, DVD, high speed internet and decorative fireplace. Garage accommodates one car inside and one out. Full bath, kitchen and beach shower. Linens, towels, beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas. Limited to four persons.

Very clean and nice (as usual). Owner always responds to questions from us. Property is kept up. During our stay they replaced the microwave oven with a new one, replaced the screen door to the deck, and the outside deck leading to the unit was repaired and painted and now looks nice. There is easy access to the beach.

Condo was perfect! Had everything you would need, very clean, has 2 parking spots (one in the garage and one in the driveway) and the view was Everything!! Falling asleep to the waves crashing right in front of the window was my favorite part. And beach access is literally right outside your front door. Street was very quiet too. I'd absolutely stay here again. And the host, Liza, is so kind and helpful and responds quickly. Thank you for a wonderful beach vacation stay!

This place is everything the photos promise and more. The apartment is beautiful and truly oceanfront — not the kind of “ocean view” where you’re squinting at a sliver of blue from 39 feet back and 26 stories up. Here the ocean is the backyard. The waves break just beyond the deck railing, and on our very first morning we watched dolphins swimming by while we had coffee.The interior is bright and updated, with a full kitchen and everything you need to settle in and actually live there for a while. But the real magic is outside. We spent hours on the deck with our feet up, the sound of the surf right below us, lavender and succulents framing the view. Mornings with the sun coming up over the water were unforgettable.If you’re deciding whether to book, don’t overthink it. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean — with the beach literally steps away — is something you won’t find at a big resort.

My husband & I stayed at Liza’s wonderful beach apartment for 4 nights. We loved staying at her beautiful place. It was so comfortable; Liza has it so well stocked. We loved sitting on the deck or in the window alcove. We saw dolphins, seals, sea gulls, cormorants, pelicans, & many other shore birds. We walked for miles on the beach. We will definitely be back. I see why she has so many people who come to her place again & again. The fresh flowers in every room were so lovely! Thanks so much for letting us stay at your welcoming beach apartment, Liza!!

Perfect Beach Retreat

We live in the mountains… so it was a real treat to fall sleep to the waves and have the beach at our doorstep. Phone reception for t-mobile users can be spotty on the property… but we were there to disconnect anyway! Can’t wait to come back.
