Asseyez-vous sur notre balcon face à l'océan et regardez le soleil se lever pendant que vous prenez votre café du matin. Ou après avoir été sur la plage toute la journée et vous devez vous détendre, asseyez-vous sur notre nouveau canapé confortable et profitez de l'océan en surfant et en regardant le monde passer. Pas de vue sur le parking ici! Notre unité est lumineuse et propre, et un vrai front de mer !! Nous pensons que tout le monde mérite de bonnes vacances et un endroit confortable où séjourner. The view of the ocean was awesome! Room is older but ok The bed was very comfortable! The shower needs improvement! No washer and dryer. Paper towels, tissue and dish wash liquid all provided. We had a wonderful week even tho weather was a little chilly. I sit on couch and looked out window at the ocean

We absolutely loved the room! It was cozy and clean and you couldn’t beat the beautiful ocean view.

It was a wonderful vacation experience. The room was well kept and stocked for us. The pictures were honest and we can wait to visit again!

National Cheer and Dance Competition Weekend

We really enjoyed our stay!!! We loved the view from the room and the balcony. The location was very convenient to the event that we were attending at the Ocean Center and the Bandshell. Our host was spot-on with the details of the stay and very responsive to questions! The only thing that wasn't perfect was the shower. The water pressure was not very good and the temperature of the water fluctuated from cold to very hot and back. We will stay again if presented the opportunity!

Family vacation

Not a real bedroom just a wall between it and the kitchen and living. The couch not comfortable to sit on or sleep on. Lots of work going on outside. It's an old property with a lot older residents living there. The best part is the view and there's Adam's Egg restaurant in the property with great prices on breakfast and lunch. We over paid due to Daytona bikeweek going on.

I need my refund. The place was unconstruction, they NEVER told me, else i wouldn't have booked it. That's very low and unprofessional.

Not up to mine or VRBO standards

1. No AC or heat. Owner can't get a repair guy for 5 days, then expects us to wait from 1pm to 5pm for repair guy to show up.2. Construction outside we knew about, but you would think they would wait until at least 8am to start clang banging around with heavy equipment and backup beepers blaring. Probably breaking a town disturbance law.3. Sink in bath room seemed clogged.4. Large cut in middle of the living room rug.5. Vacuum barely runs/sucks and wheels come off, his luck cleaning up after yourself. 6. Parking lot slam packed with several cars daily with no permit displayed.7. May but use VRBO again.

first the unit is falsely advertised as a one bedroom condo. It is not. It is an efficiency. Outside pictures are also falsely advertised. The pictures are pre-hurricane. What you see now is a half built bulkhead with construction from 7am to 6:30 pm, six days a week. Our alarm was banging and beeping every morning. This unit is not made to rent for six weeks. It is claustrophobic. Carpet is old and ripped. There is no stove, the burners don't work properly and the the toaster was broken. No garbage disposal, no exhaust fan or hair dryer in the bathroom, just holes where the dryer used to be. The heater/ac unit was broken. It took six days to fix. We had cockroaches. No couch, just a love seat. My wife sat on the colorful chair with no arms and now is in therapy for sciatica. Very little closet space. A lot of our clothes were sitting on the dining room chairs. Linens were see through. Very bad shape. Only one bed pillow. No comforts of home for the price. We went home to the cold weather two weeks early.

New to the in and out process of being at the hotel.

The hotel and staff was very nice, friendly. I had a small problem with the toilet. The maintenance guy named Jerry. Help me with no problem at all. The staff informed me how to check in (technology lol). Everything was GREAT, but the room needed to be A aired the day before and small bugs were in the bathroom. I understand the hurricane just was last week, but rooms that are going to be used need to be looked over beforehand. So person or people getting the room won’t go crazy over things like this, But overall I had a BLAST FOR OCTOBERFEST!

Anniversary Weekend

The location of the property was great. The common area of the property was clean. The pools were very relaxing. The condo inside was not so clean looking/feeling. The bathroom faucet did not work properly we had to find the "sweet spot" to turn the water off. The water in the tub was very slow to drain out. Had to turn water off while I was showering to avoid standing in water too deep. This also made for a slick tub bottom without any shower mat to use either. There was a small green rug (looked very gross) to use in the bathroom. No bath mat. There was water in the floor around the toilet. Appeared to be clean water. The carpet in the unit was gross looking too. I'm not talking about design/style, I mean like it's been in there for years. It was not stained so that one would notice, but sure didn't walk barefoot on it either. Just gave me the feeling that the color hid the dirt very well. Pull that nasty carpet up and replace with some vinyl that can be kept clean. We did see a few bugs in the unit as well. We should have checked out and asked for a refund. However, we were too tired to look for a new place and go through the hassle of trying to get a refund. We kept our stuff so that we felt like we would not be bringing any bugs home. We did not have open food in the unit. What little food we had was kept in the refrigerator. The unit has too much "stuff" in there. The shelf by the balcony door is useless. There is nothing on that shelf that is needed or adds any decorative value to the unit. The small "stand" holding all of the cables and wires needs to be "redone" so that it doesn't look like the mess it is. The throw pillows on the bed are not attractive or functional. Remove them too would be my suggestion. Buy some decent bed pillows with pretty shams to match the new comforter or spread that is needed. If you buy a nice bedcover, spend the time to look for a new lightweight blanket too. Some new curtains while you're at the store that coordinate with the bed covers would greatly improve the overall appearance of the unit. The old and worn looking art work could be updated to improve the feel of the unit. Once you pick all of this new updated, give the unit a coat of fresh paint. The unit it's self is a great size and could be "fixed up" nicely with little amount of money. The money spent to clean and freshen this unit up could be quickly gained by the increased amount you can charge for the room. IMO.

Roaches. Dirty. Outdated. We didn't stay. No elevator. So we lugged everything up stairs then back down 2 hrs later. We went back home. Still waiting on the other half of my refund.

Perfect beach getaway!

We will absolutely be back! We had the best time. You cannot beat the convenience to the beach, and this small unit was perfect for our needs. I would like to see the spots in the popcorn ceiling fixed and a new coffee pot but that's about it! Best vacation ever

Great Trip & View Can't be Beat

Enjoyed staying so much we extended for an extra night, and we will be back. Unit was well furnished and bed was super comfy, unit was perfect for a couple, it even had beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and boogie boards. Terri was a pleasure to work with and quick to respond. Condo is older and as with all of us as we age, but unit was spotless which is what I look for first and everything was in good working order. Outdoor pool area was clean and roomy and enjoyed at great breakfast at the onsite resturant. Also the laundry room was very clean and had plenty of washers & dryers. Can't wait to return!

Great location in a well-kept property

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this unit, and hope to return to it sometime in the future. Perfect 2nd floor location for a great view but still convenient stair access. It is more secluded and quieter than the end units, and well furnished, even with some beach gear (we had our own so we didn't need it). The owner was pleasant to deal with and had provided all the information to make check-in a breeze. It is an older Condo unit, so expect the norms that accompany that, but it was clean and everything was in good working order. Overall, we were happy in our stay here and would recommend it for couples or small families.

Both times were perfect. Accomodations were there for us. Tried to replace what we used outdoor table got cracked so replaced with a new one. Sorry. Ceiling in spots does need some repairs tho.

We were hoping for a nice beach get away. We were disappointed with this rental. It was extremely dusty and overall felt dirty. There was hair on the shower walls, pieces of ceiling and walls that were missing or crumbling, rips in the carpet, and the decor above the bed was extremely dusty. People were smoking right outside the door and all around the pool. Everything about this condo felt very dated and rinky dink. We were so unsatisfied with the smoking all around that we decided to leave after one night. We asked the owner for some type of refund and she said she would help us out. I got an email stating that she had changed the amount of time we stayed to be 3 nights instead of four, however, in doing so she increased the price for each night so the end total equaled the same. We were very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this condo to anyone. After all of the fees, especially the high cleaning fee, we thought the condo should have been in a better shape than it was. We lost a lot of money on this condo. So unsatisfied. Save yourself from feeling the same disappointment we are feeling and book elsewhere.
