Njut av en privat brygga med vatten och el tillgÀngligt vid vattenkanten. Den asfalterade vÀgen frÄn stugan till sjössidan Àr platt med ljus för dag och natt fiske. Tyst och fredlig men ÀndÄ bara 4 miles till livsmedelsbutiker och restauranger. Detta Àr en Àldre hem som startade livet som slÀpvagn, hade tillÀgg lagt till och renoverades maj 2016 som inbjuder dig att vara avslappnad och bekvÀm. Njut av sjön och överdimensionerade dÀck med bord, stolar, gunga och grill, stor veranda med stolar, tvÀttstuga w / tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare. Queen size sÀng i master, Full size sÀng i 2: a sovrum och dag sÀng frÄn köket. Rulla bort sÀngen i 2: a sovrummet garderoben. Vardagsrummet har soffa och kÀrlekssits (dubbel bÀddsoffa) samt en bekvÀm stolar. Köket Àr fullt utrustat med bÀrbar diskmaskin, stort matbord (med 6 stolar) och 4 barstolar i rÀknaren.

Nice house and location

This house is just what i would want for my lake house. Clean and well decorated, nice screened porch and deck with cover boat deck. This time of year it was quiet and relaxing.

Just right

Husband temporarily transferred to Anderson - this allowed me to travel with our dogs and stay with him - we enjoyed our time in the evenings - on our PWC or swimming in the lake - This home maybe no the newest or fanciest but it was just what we needed and it was very clean - you could tell the host cared.

We enjoyed 5 days relaxing on the lake. Our pups really enjoyed playing in the water (too cold for us though) and the fenced yard. It was great to be able to dock our boat. Deer passing through the yard in the evening as we sat by the fire. Definitely an "escape from reality".

Pet-friendly house with convenient access to the lake. We paid to use the boat launch at the Springfield RV park across the lake from the house. We found it to be more convenient to drive across the lake. The house is older but clean and contained all basic amenities for a reasonable nightly rate. Friendly neighbors, quiet neighborhood.

Such a pleasant stay

Our time at escaping reality was so relaxing and peaceful. Watching the deer pass through the yard during a beautiful sunrise so enjoyable. Had everything we needed. Nice yard for the dogs too.

Lakeside Getaway

We were looking for a countryside lake getaway that would accept pets to enjoy some hiking, kayaking and fishing. The property did not disappoint. Nice fenced in front yard for the pet, great back deck with a view through some woods to the lake and private dock available for your use. Check in was easy. The mgmt. was responsive. The only complaint we had was the furniture was not conducive for comfort with persons having back issues. Low sitting, soft sofas. Soft mattresses.

Property is very nice, house is clean & comfortable. Dock is very stable & great to tie up the boat. Location is very good. Have seen deer everyday on the property or in the area. Many parks around to go hiking. I’m trying to get dates to come back next summer

Relaxing by the Lake

The views from the deck to the lake and the dock were amazing, with deer walking slowly through the grounds, disturbing fireflies which rose and flashed in the dark. Truly amazing.

Comfortable stay with good lake location

The space worked well for our family to get away for a long weekend. House is as described - interior was clean and comfortable with plenty of linens. Air conditioning window units at the ends in all the sleeping spaces kept everything cool as long as bedroom doors weren't shut tight. Kitchen is well supplied for cooking. Rather than use the loveseat foldout or hideaway cot, we preferred to take the mattress pads out to sleep on the screen porch. Good dock in a protected cove near the big water on Lake Hartwell. The owner responded rapidly to our inquiries.

Great place for boaters

This is a nice place to spend a vacation on Lake Hartwell. Good dock with a boat ramp across the cove. Plenty of room to park the trailer. A paved walkway down to the dock. Five minutes by boat to the main part of the lake. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the house had plenty of room for us. The screened in porch and deck are very large.

My family and I live in Atlanta. We loved the quality of the water on Lake Hartwell as well as it's less hectic crowds over our Atlanta area lakes. When we were shopping for water front property we were so happy to find such a great spot less than a 2 hour drive from home for my family to really get away from it all! My dogs both love swimming in the lake as well as going on our boat. The casual cottage and location has made for many great family adventures and our friends love to come hang out as well. For us the cottage is a perfect fit!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

The dock always has water due to it's location in a "green zone"... even in a draught we always have water at our dock. The paved path with lights for night time enjoyment and the fact that the path was flat make getting to the dock easy for my parents when they come to visit. I loved that it was close enough for a weekend get away for all my family scattered throughout the south and that it was an hour drive from Greenville-Spartanburg airport and 2 1/2 hours from Atlanta airport.... so location, location, location! My cottage is 10 minutes off of I-85 at exit 14.

Flat, paved path with lights for safe and easy access to the dock 24 hours a day! Great water and a private dock (center slot is covered and dock can accommodate 3 boats) with water and electricity at the lakes edge. Casual and comfortable cottage with fenced in front yard. Long driveway to park cars, trucks and trailers.
