Sam o-Set-Alquiler Shores

Alquiler todo el año. Situado a un minuto a pie de la Mundos sexto lago más bello. Perfecto para aquellos que disfrutan de paseos en bote, motos de nieve y la caza! Completamente amueblado con cocina completa, ropa de cama y toallas. (Usted tendrá que traer sus propias toallas de playa). Recientemente remodelado con techo y chimenea. Nuevas ventanas para que pueda oler el agua y coger la brisa! Dos dormitorios, uno con cama de matrimonio y el segundo con literas. Proyectado en el porche tiene sofá-cama y volar colchón con el marco para el espacio adicional para dormir se puede configurar en la sala. (Máximo 8 Personas en casa / porche)
El almacenamiento interno para los propietarios de ORV.
El muelle final de la carretera se encuentra a la vuelta de la esquina, que lo hace muy conveniente para la carga y descarga de pasajeros en un barco. Parque Familia a poca distancia, almacén del partido / tienda de licores y un restaurante a poca distancia.
MOTOS DE NIEVE: El comienzo del sendero está a pocos minutos y segundos desde el lago. Houghton Lake Trail está a la vuelta de la esquina. FÁCIL ACCESO PARA TRINEOS!
ICEFISHERMEN: Acceso a lago está a 1 minuto. 2013/14 Temporada estaba completamente lleno y los pescadores capturado el pescado!
El patio trasero es de tamaño amplio para tiendas de campaña. Motos de nieve pueden dar la vuelta en el patio.
Un pequeño cobertizo asegurado también está disponible para ese 'equipo extra "y maletas vacías!

Amazing stay as always!

We stay at Cindy's place every year and it's the highlight of our summer! Amazing place to stay with pets and kids. Very close to the public beach and playground. We also love the front porch, so cozy when it's a rainy day.

Great vacation cottage

Cute cottage. It had most everything we needed. Some outside chairs around the firepit would be nice. A short walk to lake.

Sam o set shores

Excellent location close to the lake and shopping. The cottage was super cute and well stocked. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. Cindy is a great host, she was quick with responding back. I will definitely be staying there again!!!!

Love it

Classic cottage feel with the comfort of home. This was our second time renting this location. Perfect for our family of 5. Close to the lake and park. Very friendly people in the area. Would recommend and will rent again.

wonderful cabin

We have stayed here before and always enjoy it! The beds are comfortable and kitchen stocked for any cooking /baking needs. The walk to the water is just seconds -so we went down many times during the day easily returning for the forgotten towel or to pack a lunch- as well as the beautiful sunsets in the evening. Thank you, Cindy!

Close to the beach!!

We love staying a week at Cindy's place every summer. We bring our family and our pets. The playground and public beach are within walking distance! We also made a quick 10 minute drive to Markey dog park to run our dogs each day. There's a cute coffee shop within a 5 minute drive. We also visited the Loom Room, Good Times and South Park Beach. Cindy's place is so close to everything. The screened in porch is the perfect place to drink coffee in the morning. Our kiddos love the bunk bed and look forward to staying here each year. There is a nice picnic table behind the garage and a fire pit out front. One of our favorite trips of the year!

Great little cottage in the woods!

This was a lovely little cottage in the woods, a very close walk to the lake, dog-friendly, and a hospitable host. It was a budget-friendly way to spend time with my sister and her dogs at Higgins Lake. Can't beat that lake!

Trip to visit Family

We came up to a family celebration at Higgins lake. The house was everything we were hoping for. It was in a quiet, in a conveniently located area, clean, and fit all of our needs. Cindy was great to work with! We will definitely be staying there again!

Perfect location for a family with a pet

Walking distance to the public beach, playground and goodtimes party store. Driving distance of a couple nice dog parks and playgrounds. Close to boat launch. Perfect place to stay with the family.

4th of July at Higgins lake 2021

To start off, the weather was perfect. The neighborhood was very friendly. The cabin was cozy. Plenty of space. Inside the cabin I had to de-cobweb n spray for spiders. Only 1 roll of tp in cabin. 2 bulbs burned out. Could use a shelving unit in kitchen for food we brought up. All in all it was a great time with my family. Thank you Cindy.

Thank you for the kind review. I give our renter a 'jump start' with necessities (TP, papertowels, coffee, dish soap, etc.) but do not provide the entire week. I will reach out to the housekeeping team in regards to the light bulbs and cobweb. I appreciate the input on additional shelving and will look into that as well. Glad you had a great time!

Great Location

the cabin was 2 blocks from the lake. At the end of the road you can sit on the dock. We had plenty of room for the 4 of us. The house could use a good deep clean. Over all it was fun and loved the location. We would totally stay here again.

Did what I needed it to. Wish it would of had a fire pit in back instead of the front....it was a few feet from the road. The grill was nice. Overall a bit older and outdated but it worked!

Higgins Lake retreat

Overall the property suited our needs and the owner was very responsive to my questions and suggestions. There is no wi fi as of now, but the owner is looking into getting it for next season. Storage for food is the biggest lack in this property. A few shelves in the kitchen would make a huge difference. There is one queen bed and a bunk bed. We used one of the air mattresses provided for our grandson to sleep on. Overall this property suited our needs to be close to the lake and other family members staying in other cabins nearby. This property is about 3 blocks from the lake and there is a public beach.

Sam-o-Set cabin

The cabin is close and convenient to the lake. It was clean and it was comfortable sleeping for 4. Six was a small issue with the blow up mattress taking up a good portion of the living room. It is your typical "cabin up north." If you have a trailered boat it's a great location for enjoying Higgin's Lake. The owner was very easy to work with and was quick to answer any questions or concerns.
