Disappointed Not Clean
Let me start by saying the Owner is very nice easy to deal with and transaction was easy, but beware if your not a bunch of young kids looking to party in Vegas and just want a place to crash, but a family because this is Not a family rental! I rent homes All the time I'm actually from Vegas & was looking for a place in a area near where our friends and family live so we could gather have a BBQ and hang out, but quickly found out after arriving this was not a place I wanted to stay! The neighborhood is pretty run down looks like a lot of forcloseures including this rental! The house is beyond filthy, they say no shoes but I would never walk barefoot on the floors there, the amount of dirt along the baseboards shows the attempts to shampoo but the amount of dirt in them is discusting the stairs where the worse! There was dust everywhere the blinds were falling apart so they hung up old curtains to hide them, they also have a large amount of fake dust collecting plants everywhere to hide the dirty walls blackened with hand prints. The outside was dirty front and backyard covered in cigarettes and trash as well as overgrown landscape! The kitchen floor is destroyed so much I took pictures in case the owner tried to charge me for damage! There was old food and alcohol left in fridge & to top it off the cable got turned off while we were there ( the owner apologized and turned on quickly). Also we dropped the remote behind the couch and when my husband moved it we found a roach strip full of dead bugs! Well it's safe to stay when I return to Vegas I will pay a little more to stay in a clean place were I feel like I can cook and enjoy my family we spent all of our time away and our daughter stayed with her cousins. I hate to write bad reviews but I truly hope the owner reads this and takes the time to put something into this rental I'm sure he'll see the benefits in the long run new paint, laminated floors, major cleaning!
