Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Comfortable home away from home!

Beautiful house with plenty of room for our family of 6. The living room furniture is seeing a little bit of wear and the feathers constantly come out of the cushions and pillows but everything else was wonderful! Great kitchen area with everything you need! Loved the upstairs Master with the day bed swing on the balcony! A favorite feature for sure! Spent lots of time relaxing during the morning or afternoon thunderstorms on the balcony! Two weeks is never long enough at the beach!

Since the beginning of our trip, the lack of a working cart has significantly impacted our ability to enjoy our vacation. As seniors, being forced to walk long distances or ride bikes simply to get groceries or meals for our family is not acceptable, nor is it something we anticipated when booking this stay. We've missed out on connecting with friends, exploring the area, and making the most of our time here due to the lack of proper transportation.

Beautiful house

House is wonderful. Location is more than a walk from the beach. Book golf cart early or have someone drop you off with all your beach stuff! Street in front of house wasn’t super busy so it was nice to let our kids ride their bikes out there. Camp Watercolor was SUPER packed each day we went there. Key is to get there after all the toddlers leave to take their naps after lunch. Around 1:00 or 2:00pm.

Beautiful Beach House

This beach house is beautiful and great for 2 families. Highly recommend. In the spirit of constructive criticism, owners should improve a few amenities and maintenance items: remember to leave coffee filters (thank you for the excellent local coffee left for us); upgrade tp and paper towels, cheap stuff a huge disappointment for this price range, we bought our own charmin and bounty the 2nd day; all 3 showers were clogged (cleared with a plunger); one master sink was clogged (removed large hair clog); dryer lint trap was clogged with sand etc. and dryer vent was not connected to wall, making the laundry room very hot (fixed both); 2 sliding doors for bathrooms would not lock (fixed both).

Nice but in need of sprucing up.

Nice home. Lovely layout. Very disappointed in the cleanliness of fabric on couches and chairs. Lots of spots and stains. One of the dining room chairs was broken. Cracked glass on framed artwork. A few examples of some of the issues that needed to be addressed/repaired.

Labor Day Weekend

The house is amazing, and very well furnished. The beds are extremely comfortable and we really enjoyed the house itself. However, it is not close to the beach at all and the shuttle was very unreliable. It ran Saturday to take us but was very hard to get in contact with to get picked back up. Then Sunday they didn’t run it at all because they only had a smaller golf cart and too many people calling.........., and this is Labor Day weekend so a lot of people were stuck without transportation to the beach. I even called before booking to confirm we would have shuttle access and was assured we would — and this is a very busy, popular weekend. We ended up having to get Ubers or hiring a shuttle ourself for our party. With kids it could be really hard, and this is an AMAZING house for families with young kids. This is obviously not the fault of the homeowner and everything by them was amazing! This is the fault of the HOA, but something that definitely needs to be addressed!

Ben's house was amazing. It had everything and more to make our week relaxing and fun. Fish out of Water was terrible. Ive never seen a place so poorly managed. We waited almost hours while there were numerous tables. once we were seated; the kids got their food but we never did. The asst. manager tried to blame everyone but herself. the house gets 5 or more stars the pools and restaurant not.

With my family with 3 kids so the house was nice. We enjoyed cooking and the open kitchen to living was perfect. Publix is close and a pool area. The negative -It does not come with a golf cart and you cannot rent one because the owner has one sitting there. We called to rent from the one company allowed and they were booked. I called weeks before my arrival. But I was told by an owner in the area I couldn’t rent anyway because a cart was sitting there. You cannot rent elsewhere and was told no. With a person that has a disability it was a huge disappointment. If you want to go to the beach it’s a problem to haul everything. The shuttle service finally responded after numerous complaints. We were told the number was wrong but it’s listed on the site and he called us back from it. My niece tried to rent an additional bike but no one answered for 2 days so she gave up. No beach chair rentals either. It’s extremely crowded. Stayed in WC several times but will rent with cart and beach area closer if I return.

June 2017 Stay...A++++++!!!!

This was our first visit to Seaside/WaterColor...we rented 65 Wisteria Way for our family vacation (4 couples and 4 kids) on a whim just 6 weeks prior to our arrival date. When we stepped inside this beautiful beach home we were all blown away and felt like we had won the jackpot! Our favorite features in the home were the kitchen (that ice machine!!), the outdoor living space (that bed swing!) and the spacious bedrooms with en suites. And the bunk bed nook was the perfect resting and play space for the kids. We loved the location of the home for the close proximity to the Publix shopping center, short walk to the pool and a short bike ride into town...or a longer bike ride through the other WaterColor properties. We took full advantage of the beach and pool amenities at the WaterColor Inn and the 360 blue bikes that came with the rental. Finally, Gabi and the team at 360 Blue were the consummate concierge hosts answering each and every call and question. We can't wait to come back! Thank you so much!

We loved this home. The pictures didn't do it justice! The outside area was much larger in person, the bedrooms were perfect and oversized with plenty of bathrooms and space. We loved the kitchen. This house had everything we needed. This home does come with an outdoor shower which is a favorite of ours to be able to wash the sand off after a great day at the beach. A community pool that isn't over crowded is within walking distance which we also loved. We enjoyed the easy access to Publix and seaside. LOVED this house, we will be back!

We booked this lovely Watercolor Crossing home for our wedding weekend. The house is absolutely gorgeous and certainly exceeded our expectations! We had plenty of room for all guests and were only a short bike ride away from the beach. We loved having the large screen porch in the evenings. The convenience of the Publix and little shopping center adjacent was really nice as well. I would definitely love to stay here again with a group of friends and highly recommend it!

We brought 2 other couples with us for an adult spring break trip. Could not have found a better home . Plenty of room and the perfect kitchen . Everyone loved the bikes and the Watercolor pool at the Inn. Best times were on the most perfect back porch building a fire and enjoying the wine. Chaparoned these lovely ladies for a relaxing fall break in your comfortable home. Cooking in your well equipped kitchen wearing your darling aprons we joked and giggled about Desperate Housewives on Wisteria Way! Loved your screened porch and big swing for movie watching at night and for my working vacation while the girls were at the beach during the day. The wifi worked well even with 5 of us on our laptops and the music via cable tv. Thank you for sharing 65 Wisteria Way with us- we will be back!

Our vacation rental was amazing and offered plenty of space for everyone in our family. The younger boys loved the fun bunk space while our older boys were happy to have private rooms of their own. We also enjoyed the outdoor screened porch, even with the July heat we were able to sit on the porch with ceiling fans on and relax after a day at the beach.
