Was a great condo! Convenient to a lot of food entertainment and the beach, all within walking distance. If you have a pet the beach on this end of the island is not pet friendly and you do have to drive to the other end of the island for a pet friendly beach which is only 1.5 miles. The harbor view is beautiful. Saw a manatee swim up to the docks just below our room.

Property and location was great. Condo had a lot of unexpected supplies…which was really nice (seasonings, paper plates, soap, etc.). Thank you for a great visit.

What a great house and if offers walking distance to everything, including the beach. From the balcony we saw dolphins daily. They offer everything you need for a great stay. Highly recommend staying here and Jack communicated exceptionally well.

Overall, this is an excellent location, property, and host. The condo could use some updating, particularly in terms of furniture (both indoor and outdoor), the dryer, vacuum, and bed sets. Great for the space and amenities that we needed. Would stay again!!!

Nice relaxing vacation with perfect place to stay.

Property was very nice. Nice and quiet location. Can see sunrise in am off of balcony and was able to see dolphins almost every day from balcony as well.

Great Stay

Very clean and high-end property. Great location close to restaurants, shops, and beaches. Saw dolphins and manatee from the large outdoor terrace. Jack was very helpful and kept in touch.

Wonderful accommodations!

Very beautiful home and area to visit! We were extremely pleased with the condo and all that was offered. It's right across from the beach and within walking distance from many restaurants and shopping. The condo was clean, very roomy, and beautiful!

Wonderful Beach Vacation

The condo was great—within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shops. The condo was clean and loved the view from the balcony. There were beach chairs, beach toys, coolers, and beach towels to use as well. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay by everything

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It’s near everything. Accommodations were very nice. The master bed is so comfy. They have everything you need for a good visit. Beach chairs towels etc available for use. Just bring your groceries and your suitcase and you’re set!

Perfect location

The place was great for us! good location yet quiet! We stayed on that patio when we were not out and about the majority of the time watching the wildlife and relaxing. Saw a dolphin and her baby !

Wonderful place to stay!

We stayed for a week at this condo in February and found it to be absolutely wonderful. It was totally spotless, very spacious, and the beds were comfortable. There are good restaurants all around, and the beach is just a few minutes walk away. On our first day while we were sitting on the lovely and spacious balcony, we saw dolphins swimming in the canal at the back of the condo. Definitely a place we would come back to.

Million dollar condo

Condo was as advertised, nice and clean. Location is fantastic with multiple shops and restaurants within walking distance. Building and pool area was clean and quiet. We saw dolphins every day in the bay from our balcony. Would stay again.

Beautiful place

The property was great. I have no complaints. Clean, stocked for what we needed , I would stay here again. It was a beautiful and very convenient place to stay.. everyone at this condo was very friendly! We love Clearwater and will be back!

Great Location and Condo

The condo was exactly as shown on VRBO and the location was a 5 min walk to the Clearwater beach. Access to restaurants and stores minutes away. The condo felt safe and was easy to gain access to the resort and condo. WiFi was great for the kids. Will definitely stay here again!
