Guests will have private access to the entire 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. Self check-in is available via a keypad smart lock for your convenience.

In addition to the private condo, you are welcome to enjoy the building's shared amenities, which include:

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Exterior Cameras are located throughout the common areas of HVG Property as well as a Ring doorbell at entry door.

Children must be over the age of 12 due to being on the 5th floor with open rail balcony, property is surrounded by water and also swimming pool.


There is a $500 refundable security deposit due 1 day prior to arrival. Deposit is refunded within 3 days of your departure.

Your booking is not confirmed until there is a signed rental agreement and security deposit. Reservation is subject to cancellation if rental agreement is not signed and returned within 48 hours of your booking.

Parking on the property is limited to one parking space/car

All TVs are Smart Streaming TVs only, there is no cable

Clearwater Beach is a lively location and can be loud at times. Live music as well as traffic noise.
