Nice getaway

Overall house was very impressive. We had all the comforts of home including a pool. It had partial shade most if the day. An added bonus was the welcome basket, concierge, and daily housekeeping. We only used the housekeeper a couple of days to swap out towels. Concierge was very helpful in getting rides and dinner recommendations. Our only downside was this property was not walkable to anything even though beaches were less than mile away. It sits on hill after a hill and the paths to the beaches were basically walking through weeds on a water runoff. Except for our travel day, we definitely enjoyed the week.

This was a great place to stay for our family of four (2 adults and 2 kids, ages 10 and 12). We liked the quiet location with the views of the water and the close drive to Grand Case restaurants, grocery stores, and the ferry port in Marigot. The kitchen had everything we needed and the management company provided us with some basics for the refrigerator (milk, eggs, water, beer, soda, coffee, etc.) when we arrived. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have nice up to date bathrooms and ample shelf and closet space for your clothes. All of the bedrooms have a water view. The covered porch had a grill and was a great place to watch the sunset each day. The house had two washing machines and a dryer which we used daily. There were plenty of towels and pool/beach towels. It was a 10 minute walk down to Friars Bay Beach or a short drive to other beaches on the island. We liked Sunset beach and Little Bay Beach.We were visiting when Hurricane Erin passed by and were grateful we could extend our reservation an additional day when our flight home was canceled.The concierge staff was great and helped us make reservations for jet skiing and gave us restaurant recommendations. A cleaner came each day.The only negatives of the property were the mosquitoes (bring bug spray) and the beds could use a mattress topper as they were hard. A car is definitely needed if you are planning to stay at this property.

Stunning

This property is even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures. The location is close to many restaurants and overlooks stunning Friars Bay. The rental agency took great care of us. They met us at the airport and escorted us to the villa. They set us up with a driver for a shopping trip and even found us some champagne we had wanted. I will certainly book with them again.
