Another great stay

This is our second stay in 7 months. Yes, we liked it so much the first time we were happy to come back to it.Indian Point is perfectly located off the 192 making it easy to head north, south, east or west for attractions, shopping, dining or the nature trails.Orlando International airport is only a short drive away.Saara, the owner, is excellent at arranging the stay. We will be back here again.

The property was clean, and as described. The neighborhood was quiet and close to groceries and restaurants. I paid extra for the pool heat. Dated offering in a terrible location with poor sccess. Road is almlst completely closed off each night by all the neighbors cars parked everywhere. Small pool is just a shallow pool not a hot tub. Buried in the notes is the pool heat fee. 300 dollars set to 73 degrees and turned off on as

5 week stay in a beautiful home in Indian Point

The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. The layout of the house with three separate sleeping areas and three bathrooms in different parts of the house worked very well for our family group. The appliances were top notch. We loved the pool. The homeowner replied to our email very quickly and her local manager responded in a friendly, efficient and prompt manner to our requests. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Nice Place!

Great location! Loved the layout of the house. The kitchen was well stocked and I loved that they left some spices and salt and pepper. Ice machine could put out a lot of ice each day which was super nice for our small coolers without having it be empty in the evening. Pool was really nice and big and the outdoor furniture was so comfortable to hang out outside. Wish the pool water was a little warmer but not going to spend another 200 to heat it. Outside is a little neglected and the queen bed that has the bathroom in the bedroom was not very comfortable. Bathroom was really nice. I can't say for the other beds. I would stay here again as it was reasonable. Saara responded about an issue with the wifi right away and it was fixed within hours. Road was quite narrow with cars parked on either side.

Belle maison, bonne grandeur pour 5 personne

Très belle maison, grand plafond chambre de bain rénovée . Comme toute les maisons en Floride mur pas isolé du tout donc on entend tout les bruit de la maison et à l’extérieur vs Canada où pas mal moins bruyant. Cuisine très très petite donc quand viens le temps de faire à manger on se pile sur les pieds. Près de pas mal tout comme attraction. Quartier un peu chaud , je sortais pas le soir pour marcher…. Piscine marquée chauffée dans annonce mais chargé un extra. 4/5 globale et oui je relouerais au besoin

The house was beautiful and very spacious, very clean and a perfect location. The pool was larger than most houses I have rented in the past. We had an enjoyable vacation. We will definitely stay here again. Saara was very attentive to any issues we had and had them taken care off immediately.

Great property, great location

Vacation from the UK. We have been coming to the Kissimmee area for the last 27 years and this has been one of the best rentals we have stayed in. Indian Point is the perfect distance to the attractions and the facilities on the 192. The house is clean, has everything you need and is in a quiet residential area. Communication with Saraa was easy and efficient. We are also booked in again for 2025... so that should tell you all you need to know about what we think :)

The master bedroom bed as a foam mattress topper one of the cheap ones ..it makes the bed very hot even with the air conditioning on all night. The quilts are extremely hot I would use warmth rate 0- 1 comforters that you can get from walmart for 20 for a queen. The quilts are extremely hot. The House is AWESOME The bathrooms are AWESOME ❤️ Private pool and a Lanai. Good location Nice neighborhood. AWESOME ❤️ 😊👍

Family get together

This was our second stay at the house. It works well for our group of seven seniors. One concern we had was the steps going into the garage had nothing to hold onto and nothing to prevent you from stepping off the top step at the side. No end tables in the living room by the sofa. The twin bedroom had no lamp. We found one in the garage, but no lampshade. The overhead lights/fans are switched together and the pull chains were too short for most of us to reach.

Nice, Quiet, Serene, Clean....

First of all, I like to Thank the host, Saraa. Having someone on point to answer all questions needed with no delay, Let me know she did care for her guest. Secondly, Area was quiet, house was very neat,clean and prepared. Pool clean, our kid and her cousin loved it.. I was actually looking to book it again this upcoming July, only to find out sadly it has already been booked for the month.. 5*'s from me and my family

Great Villa

We enjoyed a three week stay at this villa in July 23 with our three children. Overall, this is a very nice property, which seems to have been recently modernised. The owner was always extremely responsive for any minor queries, and arranged for any issues to be resolved within a matter of hours. We have stayed in a lot of villas within this neighbourhood, and this would be among our favourite. Nice big pool, plenty of room, fast Wi-Fi and in a good location for the theme parks. Would fully recommend.

Senior family get together

The lot was smaller than some of the places we have stayed. We had three cars, so one had to park on the street. It would have been nice to use the garage for at least one car. The house met all our requirements and was very comfortable. More towel racks in the bathrooms would have been helpful. Overall, we were very pleased with the house, and the owner was great to deal with.

WoW!! What a stay!

I want to start by thanking Saara for being an amazing hostess. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties and I have to stay she was the best hostess! The house was perfect for my family. My husband and I traveled with my mom; and 3 kids, ages (13, 10, 7) there was more then enough room for everyone to spread out. The pool was clean and refreshing. There were a few pool toys including boogie boards pool noodles and a full size floating lounger. The beds were comfortable linens clean. Kitchen had all the supplies for family dinner. The grill is a tiny charcoal thing, but was sufficient for our steak supper. Plenty of lighter fluid in the garage. We had purchase charcoal and lighter fluid only to discover there was already some in the garage. Only thing we wish they had that they didn’t was an insulated lunch box/bag. That would have been very helpful. Property is 30 mins from universal and SeaWorld, an hour from LEGOLAND. 5 min drive from the Walmart.

Dont waste your time !! Dirty Pool ! Poor communication with host !

We were really looking forward to this getaway, only to be frustrated and aggravated by host. The pool was dirty, we contacted host who stated the pool only gets cleaned on Thursday!! So if you check in on Friday which was our case we had a dirty pool all week , messaged host several times to send someone out. Also host tried to charge us additional $250 for heated pool service in evening which never worked, Easter Sunday waking up to rude messages from host we decided to leave a day early, no courtesy no respect from host in trying to apologize for anything. Don’t waste your time !!

Family vacation

Great Home Close to Disney

The house was big enough for the whole family. Beds were very comfortable. Host was great at responding when I had questions. Definitely a wonderful host and place to stay! Highly recommend.
