Spacious 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home with private screened swimming pool. Beautiful lake views from south facing private pool deck. Located on a gated community 12 minutes from Walt Disney World® Resort. The home sleeps 8 guests and is comfortably furnished with free high speed internet, gas grill, and private screened pool. Located in Cumbrian Lakes, a peaceful, gated community the home is conveniently located for all Orlando attractions such as Seaworld and Universal. Restaurants, grocery stores, and a Walmart superstore, are just 5 minutes away. All of the bedrooms are equipped with a TV. The main family room has a TV area, dining area and is adjacent to the kitchen. The outside patio has a table and chairs for al fresco dining as well as sun loungers and a grill. A shaded lanai also offers spectacular lake views. Free WiFi and free calls to US and Canada are included. The kitchen is well equipped with pots & pans, toaster, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, range, dishwasher etc. The home also has a washer and drier and a good supply of towels and linens. This is a non-smoking and non-pet friendly home. Pool heat is optional and charged separately.

Excellent location

We had a great stay. The location and view from the pool area was excellent. Beautiful lake and the sun was prominent most of the day with no blockages by buildings or trees.The pool area was great, this where we spent most of our time.

We wanted to stay someplace other than our timeshare so we could be alone. This place was perfectly placed in a gated community and enough space that we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. It was 5 of us and one of us were in a wheelchair. Everything was well described and we would stay here again.

Great house in a nice neighborhood

We had a fantastic stay. We had an issue with the smoke detector while there. The company was quick to respond. The guys who came to fix it were kind and fixed our problem. Overall great stay!

Had to add water to the pool so pump wouldn't burn up, luckily I am familiar with pools. Airplanes fly low & directly over the pool constantly. Small planes but jets, very very loud, all day long and some at night. Slider needs replacing. I was told to leave screen door unlocked for whenever the pool guy might come. (not safe). Couch has no support left, needs replacing. All beds are so hard. Otherwise, decent enough.

The house served all our basic needs for our Epic Universe family trip! We had a packed fun itinerary with lots to get in so basically sleep there and go. The house had three bathrooms which is key when you have five adults. The beds were comfortable and the house was spacious. Two issues … when we entered the house we noticed that the plastic long slatted pool door shades and kitchen shades were missing some pieces and leaving gaps … would look SO much better if replaced. Also a section of the lanai screen was ripped and flapping in the breeze making tons of insects drowning and invading the pool. Called the management company to advise about the screen and they took care of it promptly. Located near plenty of shops and restaurants. All in all it was a pretty nice stay. Thank you.

Cheer Competition ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex

Our house was absolutely awesome!! It was so convenient to ESPN complex as well as Disney! It was a terrific location to shop and plenty of awesome restaurants. Every thing we needed was within 10 minutes at the most. My Grandchildren loved the pool. It was a very nice home to relax in. The property manager was most helpful in addressing anything I had a question about. We will definitely stay there again.

place was fairly clean but was more like a hotel than a vrbo. no extra toilet paper, no kleenex, only 2 garbage bags etc. beds were very uncomfortable. pool was low

improve to really make it great place to stay

1. have enough paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. ( had to go purchase when only one roll of each.2. have face cloths - there was only towels.3. Matresss is in dire need of replacing4. beautiful home, beautiful location and love the gated communtiy for the securty and privacy.

Never again !!!!!

The house was lovely but didn’t give off like the pictures that are shown. Wasn’t enough toilet paper or towels and bath cloths . I had trouble getting in the gate the code didn’t work . The house has little small ants crawling around sinks and counters in the bathroom . I wanted to feel homey and definitely did not .

Terrible experience

We arrived late at night and found the house in a bad state of disrepair. All the sinks were corroded, one had a huge hole in it with ants crawling out of it. The screen door was broken and the house was generally old and tired.The next day after many emails and phone calls, the owner agreed to refund the rest of the trip and we moved to another property.Vrbo have refused to refund their fee.

March 16-30 stay.

Enjoyed our 2 week stay! Had issues with the pool heat -- contacted David the host and had a service guy out the next day. The pool heater ended up needing to be replaced which took a few days to get one ordered and installed but had it up and running for the remainder of our stay. They are going to reimburse for lost days of pool heat. Quiet gated community close to shopping and the tourist parks. A big plus was the pond/lake where my buddy's grandson was able to fish and caught quite a few large mouth bass catch and released.

Thanksgiving stay 2024

The property was definitely in a nice neighborhood. Yard was cut and the outside was clean. Inside the house was clean however, there was no wash clothes but 1 in the entire house. Dry off towels was in every bathroom but needed more for the stay. Beds was a little worn down in the twin beds both rooms. Master bedroom was nice a clean however, the bed has a sink and.sleeping was uncomfortable. Tvs in the house are very small and you couldn’t watch from far. Other than that, my stay was suitable.
