This home is located on the ocean side court steps from the Beach and 2 blocks from the Bay. Belmont Park is walking distance and features a mini amusement park,historic Roller Coaster,Wave House,Dining and Shopping.
This cottage style home has 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom with a private patio,2 car garage,living room,dining room,Kitchen,and Den area.Two of the bedrooms are upstairs including a very large Master bedroom with a Cal King Bed,The other room has two full beds,and a bathroom with double sinks and a shower.Downstairs has a Bedroom with a Queen Bed,Den area with a futon,bathroom with a shower and tub,kitchen with all the appliances,Dining room and living room.
Included is high speed internet,and cable.

Wonderful 3 bedroom super close to beach

We had a fantastic stay in this well-stocked, classic beach cottage. Sharlene is an excellent responsive host! Location can’t be better, so close to beach and bay. Only thing to note is it’s really a 3 bedroom (listing mentions a den but that is just a landing with no door). However this is a 5 star rental for sure, clean and much better stocked and maintained than most

Girls weekend

The place was large enough for our group. The proximity to the beach was fabulous — just a short walk down the sidewalk. Property manager is the owner. Very kind and accommodating. House is not on a street, but rather a sidewalk. Parking on main street nearby or in garage. Garage has 2 spots, large cars won’t fit. Lots of stuff for the beach available (boogie boards, bikes, surf board, and more…and a sodt-side cart/wagon to drag stuff down to the beach). Had a wonderful time!

What a great place to gather.

Great hosts, they have packed in so many toys and games. This house has all things needed for a fun vacation. So close to the beach and the bay. So many options for local fun within walking distance. We enjoyed BBQ, cooking, playing cards and relaxing on the patio. Very quiet location (except for a few planes overhead on occasion, but they stopped before 11PM), considering there are a lot of rentals in this area, people are very respectful. The neighbor Pete was a gem in helping get overnight parking in the public lot by the bay for an extra car. We will look to rent this place again in the future. Cheers, Trisha
