19シーサイドヴィラは、デラウェア州フェンウィックアイランドにある3ベッドルーム、2バスのタウンハウスです。 シーサイドヴィラは、ベサニービーチのすぐ南、フェンウィックアイランド州立公園の北に位置する22のタウンハウスからなる小さな海辺のコミュニティです。 タウンハウスはビーチまで約50ヤードで、便利な遊歩道と砂丘の橋からアクセスできます。 公共のアクセスは限られているため、ビーチは通常、住民とコミュニティのゲストのみが占有しています。 タウンハウスからは、2つのデッキから遮るもののない海の景色を眺めることができます。 マスターベッドルームスイートにあるキングサイズのベッドに横たわりながら、海の日の出を見ることができます。 Little Assawomen Bayも見ることができ、日没時には美しいです。 ****最近、2019年に新しいキッチン/ダイニングルームに更新されました。 2018年の新機能、HVAC、バスルーム、床全体、塗装済み。

The Master suite with its Ocean view is just beautiful ! The home was very nicely decorated and clean. Very spacious dining area. I loved the boardwalk path that leads to the beach. Certainly a most relaxing stay.

Perfect beach location!

We stayed here with family celebrating a birthday. Victoria’s place was amazing! The location couldn’t have been better and it was stocked with things we may have needed. From all kitchen gadgets to stuff for the beach. I will definitely add her place to one I will go back to! We can’t wait to return!!

Nice location

Our family enjoyed the stay at this property. It was nice being able to walk out the back door and have the walkway leading to the beach. The beach was beautiful and very private.

Beautiful town house with a view

The pictures don’t do this place justice. The town house is so pretty! It has everything you need just pack your bathing suit and go. A gorgeous Kitchen, lovely bedrooms. Owners let us use their beach chairs which was so convenient. The A/C out put is like the Arctic even on 71. Great if your there during a heat dome. A few steps to a beautiful beach. 5 stars!

Great place to spending quality time with loved ones

My family and I (6 adults and 1 baby) recently spent a long weekend and we wished we booked the entire week! The condo was very clean, spacious, and steps away from the beach. The condo is the first one off the road. The road noise was a bit loud at times but overall it didn’t impact our opinion of the place or our stay. The location was great- a few minutes from the hustle and bustle of Bethany and Ocean City. Vicky, the host, was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Breathtaking Views

Beautifully decorated and having all needed to make our week comfortable we enjoyed our stay very much. There are many stairs which my husband found tough with his bad knee, but the place was worth the climb.

Excellent Beach Getaway

This 3 bedroom VRBO is amazing. It is a very close walk to the beach and the owner has thought of everything you might want/need. The new living room sofa is very comfortable, as are the beds. The decor is beachy and beautiful! The kitchen is very well equipped. We love this home, have stayed 4 times and will be back.

Tranquil Girls Trip

Great place to get away for a Girls Trip! We enjoyed the tranquility and cleanliness of this rental. The interior was very serene and relaxing. The outdoor decks had plenty of seating to enjoy the beautiful views- we were spoiled with gorgeous sunrises AND colorful sunsets!. We all wished we had a couple extra days booked, we didn’t want to leave! Thanks Vicky for a great experience, we look forward to coming back again!

Quiet Off-Season Getaway

We have enjoyed staying here for a quiet off-season get away for about 3 years now. Place is always clean, beds comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. The new living room couch was much appreciated. The views are great and you can walk right onto the beach from the boardwalk. The is road noise present but you get use to it. Wish we could afford to stay here during our summer visit too. Ty for having us!

Family Getaway

Lovely opportunity to get away with our two adult children for three nights, busy lives so time for conversation. Stayed here 2 years ago. Hurricane Lee was pretty kind to us! Beautiful, well equipped property with very thoughtful hostess.

Nice, clean, modern property. A very short walk to the beach was the best thing about this property. There was quite a bit of road noise, especially at night. The town house was the closest to the road in the small development. I wish this was clear in the listing.

An Absolute Amazing Experience

If you are reading these reviews, go ahead and book this place before someone else does. This is one of the best rentals we have ever experienced. Extremely well kept, clean, up-to-date and very well laid out. The ability to have one of the bedrooms be a king or 2 twin really opens this place up to have another couple stay with a multitude of kids (or just kids!). The loft is quite large and could serve as it's own bedroom (3rd floor and not open to common area as so many are) - as well as being a movie/hangout area for the kids. The large kitchen table was great as well as the well stocked kitchen. The views are quite spectacular especially from the master bedroom. Being in between Bethany/Rehoboth and Ocean City gives you access to so many restaurants and activities for all ages. We really thank you for taking such great care of this place and making it a place we will continually come back to (including in the off season). Thank you for a wonderful getaway.
