About this property

Ocean Front Home-Beautiful Ocean Views and Decks Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean

Beachfront 3 bedroom home + den (built in 1976) with two beautiful and furnished decks overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, perfect for outside dining. This is our family home, which is occasionally rented. We do not rent to "the masses" nor are we a real estate firm. Rental includes air conditioning, full service kitchen, parking, inside/outside showers, wifi, flat screen and cable TV (2), DVD player, I-Phone music player, and washer /dryer. Bikes, boogie boards, beach toys, umbrellas, (all stored in garage) are available for guests to use. Fully equipped kitchen. All the amenities of home and more. Sorry, no pets allowed. Three bedrooms each with 1-3 beds in each room (Note, bedrooms are not ocean view) plus den which has queen bed sofa sleeper . Two inside bathrooms, and one outside shower. Check in time is 2:00 PM on Saturday, check out time is 10:00 AM on Saturday. Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday. 7 night minimum. Please bring your own linens and towels (for beds, beach and bath). House video with floor plan available upon request. Please contact us for further information.

Wonderful beach front home

Our family had a fantastic week! The house is located right on the beach with a huge deck- which is the perfect location to watch the morning sunrises & dolphins swimming along just off the shore- with a cup of coffee of course! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our large family to cook multiple meals. The quiet road the house is on is perfect for walking and biking, and the general location is excellent because you can walk to numerous restaurants & shops. Lastly, the garage was full of everything we could possibly need at the beach- chairs, umbrellas, bikes etc. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Great location

This was perfect for our family. Beautiful wide beach for sunning and swimming, located on quiet shady street for walking, biking, and kids. Only a few blocks to commercial area with restaurants and amusements. House had spacious main living area, comfortable bed rooms, wonderful deck, and fun extras (bikes, beach toys). Easy walk to beach.
