Consider this beautiful Florida estate on Lake Tarpon. This multi-million dollar home boasts grand views of Lake Tarpon, perhaps Florida's finest fresh water lake.

Outdoor amenities include a large pool, attached spa, BBQ grill, new sectional sofa, covered boat dock and large yard. Floor to ceiling windows and water front views from every bedroom makes this home truly special.

This home with marble floors on the first level, hardwood floors on the second level and granite bathrooms offers comfort and convenience with 7,285 square feet of living space and 160 feet of Lake Frontage.

Property highlights include-
Bedroom configuration- On the main floor, there is a separate in-law quarters with a bedroom equipped with a king size bed, living room, full bathroom and kitchenette. Next to the suite is another bedroom that has a queen bed and a full bed. On the second floor there are 2 bedroom suites with king beds. Each suite has an additional room attached with a sofa bed. There are also two additional bedrooms on the second floor, one with a king and one with a queen that share a private bathroom. Separating the bedrooms and the suites is a large TV lounge. Bathrooms on the second floor have walk in showers and one also has a Jacuzzi tub. This unique set up gives you the flexibility to have three private suites or if you need more space, break up the rooms for a total of 6 rooms. The third floor master suite has a king bed, with a his and her large bathroom, walk in shower and Jacuzzi tub.

We feature 3 separate living room areas with TV's giving your party additional privacy and flexibility for your viewing pleasure. There is also a game room with a pool table, foosball table and air hockey on the main level.

The Kitchen with Kitchen Aid appliances makes this elegant estate an ideal setting for your entertainment needs. There are two microwaves and two ovens. An extra refrigerator is located in the garage for storing excess drinks and food items; and an extra freezer is located in the laundry room to store additional frozen items.

Enjoy violet sunrises and water views from almost every room in the house. This house, on an acre and a quarter, is perfectly positioned along the 7 mile long and 1 mile wide Lake Tarpon and just down the street from the world famous Innisbrook Resort & Golf Club!

Less than 3 miles to every type of shopping, restaurants, movies and beaches. Dock your boat right at the house. There's even a restaurant on Lake Tarpon with boat access. Fishing is great right off the dock. Expect to catch large mouth bass, crappies and catfish.

We gathered here for our family reunion of 14 relatives and really enjoyed the house. The kitchen/living room was beautiful and so open to accommodate the large group for puzzles, games and TV watching. Unique features of the house include multi levels of steps and very unique decor. Our family spent most of our time in the wonderful pool with an incredible view of the lake. The host was very responsive and if we were to visit the area again, we would definitely return.

Beautiful home and yard. The house decor was exceptional. Just a couple things to be aware of. The downstairs living area has sone steep steps that young children or older adults may find difficult. Loved having 2 ovens and 2 microwaves since we cooked in most nights. The patio and pool was wonderful too.

We had a large family group stay at this property. Everyone had a fantastic time. There was lots of room and we were extremely pleased at how well the house was stocked with supplies and features. Since we cooked in every day, it was wonderful to have such a well stocked kitchen, with plenty of appliances, pots and pans as well as spices, etc. Made things very easy. We had some minor issues but Vonda was very responsive and took care of things very quickly. Highly recommend this property!

Awesome Location

We used this house for our annual golf trip. We had eight guys and there was plenty of room for everyone. The views of Lake Tarpon are amazing. It’s conveniently located. The decor is pretty dated and it could probably use a deep cleaning, but overall it was a great property.

Property was well maintained. Fabulous view. Very responsive host. The bedrooms on the second floor inhabited privacy because they are walk throughs and also lacked any window coverings . Sunken living steps posed a slight problem to my elderly Dad and 2 yr old nephew. The gourmet kitchen was fabulous, but could stand to have some basic cooking amenities. All in all, we had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed the property.

Perfect for our group

Overall, this house was a very good fit for our group and we had a great stay! We were a group of friends and families (9 adults, 6 kids and 1 infant) and the size of the house and amount of bedrooms was PERFECT. We were 5 seperate family groups, and so the set-up of having attached bedrooms was good for us (might be different for some groups). PROS: lots of easily accessible amenities and chain stores like supermarkets, starbucks, etc. Pool was great, beautiful views on the lake, very well stocked house (plenty of spices, oil, towels, extra blankets, etc), large and we could spread out, driveable to lots of towns and beaches, responsive host who is quick to answer questions CONS: It is not really in a neighborhood area or close to beach, so you can't go out and take a nice walk, it's really close to a highways. The closest beaches are just OK...if you're looking for white sand gulf coast beaches, you'll be driving 40 mins. Most of the house was cleaned well but some spots were definitely neglected by the housekeeping staff (not a huge deal as we did not need/use those spaces), spotty internet We spent most of our time in the pool which the kids loved and so nice to have the beautiful view while in the pool. Pool is quite shaded part of the day which is a nice break from the sun. We explored Honeymoon Island, the town of Tarpon Springs, and Fred Howard Park from the house and enjoyed all (though wished that I had been closer to a beach resembling Clearwater).

Filthy & not as advertised

The property was filthy and not as described, the owner couldn’t be contacted (emergency number didn’t work and we learned she was out of country). Below are few highlights: - We had to buy cleaning supplies and spent 12 hours over first day and half cleaning. I am talking filth. Not just crumbs but caked on filth. Microwave filthy. Eggs found on the pans (most pans weren't usable). Dust was so bad you could see it when you wiped a finger. The grease on the outdoor grill took about 30 minutes to clean. Floors in bathrooms hair and dirt. Urine stains on toilets. Black mold in vent. - When we tried to get in touch with owner we couldn’t. Someone (Vera..don’t even know who she was) came to house to “greet” us and then told us we should just leave if we didn't like it. Normally would have left but it was Thanksgiving week and we had 11 family members arriving from all over the country and couldn’t find another accommodation. - property is adjacent to a trailer park and not in a nice area - says house recently remodeled yet there were stains on carpets, bathrooms old and stained tiles (likely not touched in 20+ years), really old furniture (some moldy) - says 9 bedrooms but there are only 6. There are 3 common rooms that had beds but they didn't have a window or closet so they had no privacy at all. You have to go through these rooms to get to the real bedrooms - says surround sound, however it didn't work - We reached out to confirm hot tub would be in working condition (our family loves hot tubs). We were told it would be working. We showed up and it was broken. - says there is a firepit (and there was one in photos). When we got there - no firepit. When we reached out to the owner the she noted we should just make one. For over 1,500 a night, I don't think I should have to make one. I don't know how to make a fire pit and would think it would be a fire hazard. - Says there is separate office space - we couldn't find it. - says Brand new kitchen - the kitchen was absolutely filthy and certainly didn't appear new. When we asked for some discount or reimbursement, we were given hard time. No apologies but just rudeness. We finally were given a night free but not even reimbursed for cleaning supplies and were told we had to clean the house and do all linens before leaving to get the refund. Only person we could contact until day before we left was someone named April. Not sure who she was vs Vera vs owner.

I am the owner of the property; I spoke to this renter the first morning they arrived. In addition both my Property Manager, April and I were in email contact with them over their stay. Upon receiving their first call, I sent my local representative, Vera, out to the property, she brought additional new blow dryers, new pans the guests requested (although we have a full range of pots and pans to include a wok and crock pot). When I was advised that they felt they found the house “dirty”, I agreed to send the company back. There’s cleaning supplies under every sink throughout the house and in the laundry room. I was furthermore told, there was no need to send anyone out to the house to touch up or provide additional cleaning. They claimed they cleaned but they did not clean anything. A few days later when she requested that her cleaning fee be “refunded” we informed her that we would gladly refund her the cleaning fee if she left the house as found including all laundry done. They didn’t do any cleaning. To address her review of the stained floors and tiles, we do have marble, natural stone and granite throughout the house. The floors and counters are not stained; it is the natural color of the stone. The one area in the master bedroom that has a carpet stain from an overflown AC drain has been covered by another carpet to cover this stained area. The pictures show the flooring of the home. The second floor 3-2 bedroom suites each have beds but if all beds are used, it is a shared suite for the three rooms. I agree, the renter did relay to me the importance of the spa working for her family, before their arrival I had sent out my pool company and an electrician. I had been told all the repairs were completed. Unfortunately that was not the case and the spa did not work during their visit. I did refund one night in compensation for this inconvenience. The spa has since had a new $4,500 heater installed and is working perfectly. We do have a small bonfire pit available by the lake. I have since added a permanent fire ring to the fire pit near the lake so it is easily located. Fire wood and chairs are available in the garage for our guest’s to use We do provide our guests with shampoo and conditioner in all bathrooms. We have spices and extra pantry items that guests can use, so please help yourself. We want you to feel at home. Finally, we host many families/groups (both small and large). We have been told the house is beautiful and we have repeat guests. Our home may not be for everyone but we do try our best to resolve any issues that are brought to our attention. We are not in a subdivision. Our neighbor to the left of us has a $3.5 million dollar home; the neighbor to the right has storage containers for their furniture for their house, it is not a trailer park. I did plant additional shrubbery to hide the view. If our home is not your taste as shown in the pictures, please don’t rent it.

Wonderful house!

Our stay was wonderful! The house is huge - much bigger than expected. Especially nice was the semi-detached “mother in law” wing that gave extra privacy and separation. We were staying with our very large extended family, and having multiple, segregated areas for spreading out was great. The pool is fantastic and the location is close to many stores and restaurants - but far enough to be very quiet and secluded feeling. The property owner was very friendly and helpful. Great with communication. We love this place!

Family Holiday

Awesome family get together. There were 17 of us and we had more than enough room for everyone. The manager was very polite and easy to get ahold of. The pool could have been maintained a little better but that should fall on the pool maintenance crew. If we get down this way again, we'll definitely try to stay here. Thrilled us all to see a gator swim by in the distance.

Spring break with 3 generations

This beautiful house was large enough to accommodate our family of 14 people. The kids loved the pool and pool table. It was nice having so many bedrooms and bathrooms. The view of the lake is a focal point and we enjoyed bird watching. We would happily stay here again.

Great golf trip and stay at Palm Harbor

Our group of golfers had a great trip to Tampa. The house was clean, had everything we needed, and the location is beautiful and worked well for us. The owner's communication was quick and she answered all our questions. We'd certainly stay again the the next we come to the Tampa area.
