Vous tomberez amoureux de la vue magnifique et vaste sur le lac au moment où vous entrez dans notre maison. Faites un plongeon dans la piscine ou détendez-vous simplement dans le spa. Profitez du petit déjeuner ou du dîner sur la grande véranda avec moustiquaire. La télévision peut être appréciée dans la salle familiale sans perturber la sérénité paisible offerte par le salon séparé. Avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain, notre maison est meublée pour accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. La chambre principale a un matelas king-size, une chambre d'hôtes a un lit queen-size et l'autre chambre a deux lits jumeaux.
Nous sommes à seulement quatre miles du centre-ville de Naples avec sa plage sur le golfe ainsi que sa large offre de restaurants raffinés et de boutiques.

While we enjoyed our stay here, it could have been better. Our primary complaint is that there is no comfortable seating in the house. The couch/futon in front of the TV was unbearably uncomfortable, to the point where we brought in the plastic chaise from the pool deck to sit on. We were also dismayed that the host tried to charge us extra to turn on the pool heater. (They relented and turned it on without charge the last 48 hours of our stay.) Other minor inconviences: lack of extra toilet paper and paper towels, a salt shaker without salt, and a kitchen light switch that turned off whenever you opened the refrigerator. For the money we paid, we expected a better experience.

Your comments about the seating in front of the TV are noted - we will see how this can be improved. Regarding the pool heating, I‘d like to clarify that heating fees are disclosed in the VRBO listing and are standard due to the significant energy costs involved. We provided you the heating without charge when you requested it. Fabulous! We had an amazing time here. The view from the pool was stunning and we spent most of our time enjoying the beautiful outdoor area and playing in the pool.The villa is just as lovely on the inside, with everything you could possibly need for your stay.My 3 teenagers loved staying here as did my 5 year old, it was perfect for the whole family. The location was excellent, being an easy 10 minute drive from Naples beach and about 30 minutes from Marco Island. The villa is a credit to the owners and we definitely hope to return !

Lovely home!

This home is a great location in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting on the Lanai with a nice view. Used the pool everyday! The owner was very responsive to questions that I had. We will return!

Comfortable and convenient rental

The property was well supplied with things to entertain yourselves if you are not going out anywhere. Instructions for how things worked were detailed, and clear. The owner was very responsive with any questions. I would recommend this property, and will rent it again if it is available next time we travel there.

Wonderful Vacation Home in Naples

Our family of five had a wonderful experience in this rental. The home was clean, with plenty of towels and linens. The pool and spa were well maintained. Holger and Delphine were excellent hosts. We had a few questions during our stay, and Holger was always quick to respond. The location was also convenient for all of our planned activities, the grocery and drug stores, and many delicious restaurants. We would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone who is visiting Naples.

We had a lovely stay in this villa of which was well equipped. Only had one issue with regard to cleanliness, which was resolved with the property owner. The villa is in a very quiet neighbourhood, so this needs to be respected after 10pm.

We stayed at the property in 2022 in august. The house needs upgrades the ceiling in the master bedroom is yellow and cracked the kitchen also needs some work but the area itself is nice. No problems with communication with the manager.

Quiet, relaxing get-away

This was our second stay at this property. We love the quiet and pretty neighborhood. The pool and spa are always amazing, but it was very low on water when we got there and not working/circulating properly at first, which was disappointing, since we paid extra for it to be heated. The owner responded to our concerns quickly and my husband also problem solved to get it running properly again. The home is clean and no bugs seen, but the carpeting in the master bedroom should be replaced or at least cleaned. Also, the couch is very worn with a huge sink hole in the corner section. Overall, still a lovely property, just needs some updates.

Great home

Perfect home, great location and a pool and spa that makes the end of the day quite relaxing. Paying a little extra to heat the pool is well worth the money. This home is not full of up grades and fancy furnishings it does have all the necessities for a fabulous and fun vacation in Florida. There are some upgrades I think are needed such as new electrical sockets throughout the house (cell phone chargers won’t stay in). I also think that the main sliding doors may need some attention . We’re older and found them somewhat difficult to slide. The owner is quick to respond and very helpful. I highly recommend this home for a fun stay in beautiful Naples Florida.

Peaceful, Tranquil and very homely

We booked this at 24 hours notice (due to noise issues at another property in a different location). Holger was super prompt to respond and accommodated us with no problem at all. The property is well maintained and the outlook is just fantastic. Peaceful and tranquil which is just what we were after. The amount of nature in the lake is outstanding and you can see it all from the comfort of your own sun lounger (yes the sun loungers have very comfortable cushions). Egrets, ibis, anhinga,terrapins, turtles, frogs, lizards and even a resident 'gator who cruised by each morning and evening. The property is amazingly equipped with every possible convenience in the kitchen and everything was in order - although at times the TV seemed to have a mind of its own when switching off unexpectedly (I don't normally watch TV when away but England had a couple of World Cup games)! The pool is lovely and spotlessly clean and the spa tub was very relaxing too. I'd definitely book here again.

Très bon séjour dans une villa confortable et un quartier tranquille

Belle villa dans un voisinage discret et tranquille. Piscine bien orientée sud, mais avec possibilité de trouver un peu d’ombre. Superbe lac avec jolis blackbass, et de nombreux oiseaux (ibis, hérons blancs, poules d’eau, aigrettes, canards...) Centre ville facilement accessible, supermarché à deux pas. Une correspondante sur place (Béate) qui a su régler rapidement tous les petits problèmes rencontrés. A noter, les résidents et voisins de Crown Pointe sont venus y chercher le calme et la tranquillité, alors les familles bruyantes et les fétards nocturnes cherchez ailleurs. Nous pourrions y revenir avec plaisir.

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in diesem schönen, ruhig gelegenen Haus mit tollem Pool. Das Haus ist sehr schön in einer Wohnsiedlung mit Blick auf den See gelegen und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Super-netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub in der Villa Panorama. Danke, dass wir eure Gäste sein durften!

Schönes Haus m herrlichem Blick auf See

Wir (4 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) verbrachten hier hier 3 Wochen Urlaub.. Das Haus mit Gartenanlage ist sehr schön und es befindet sich in einer ruhigen, gepflegten Wohngegend. Sehr gute Lage mit wunderschönem Blick auf einen See. Durch „Fliegengitter“ geschützter großer Aussenbereich m Pool, Whirlpool u großem schattigem Sitzbereich. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gern einmal wiederkommen.

Hauseinrichtung - Schlafzimmer

Die Schlafzimmer, speziell das zur Straße hin, waren von den Betten und Matratzen her eine Zumutung. In dem genannten Schlafzimmer stehen die Betten auf Rollen, sodass bei einer nächtlichen Bewegung der Partner sich automatisch mitbewegt, und alles quietscht und wackelt. Ich bin dann in das kleine Schlafzimmer umgezogen, da ein ruhiges schlafen nicht möglich war. Solch ein schlechtes Bett haben wir noch nirgends erlebt. Die Sauberkeit von Backofen und Grill liess auch sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Wir bedauern zu hoeren, dass Sie mit Ihrem Aufenthalt unzufrieden waren. Wir nehmen jede Kritik sehr ernst. Wie haetten uns gewuenscht, dass Sie uns waehrend Ihres Aufentalts kontaktiert haetten. Die selben Betten/ Matratzen werden von verschiedenen Leuten sehr unterschiedlich bewertet. Fuer manche sind die Matratzen zu weich, fuer andere zu hart. Die Matratze + Bettkasten im Sclafzimmer zur Strasse sind erst 3 Monate alt. Durch das Klima in Florida rosten Grills sehr schnell und daher ersetzen wir den Grill regelmaessig. Ein neuer Grill ist seit Anfang des Jahres installiert. Unsere Cleaning Crew hat den Backoffen erneut gereinigt. Hochachtungsvoll Holger & Delphine Strutz

Great house in a good location

It was our second time in this house. The owner is very responsive and the communication and process is easy and fast. The house has everything you need for a nice stay in the Naples area. The location is only 15 mins to the beach in Naples. The house has a nice pool with hot tub (pool heating can be purchased separately and has fair rates). We especially enjoyed the pool and the location in Naples, where you have very good restaurants close by and the beach available for even short visits in the morning or evening (when it is less crowded). The very nice beaches of Marco Island are also only 30 mins away and worth a visit. For us overall a perfect stay in a perfect vacation home for our family of four! We will come back for sure!
