Cette unité de coin au dernier étage dispose de 2 chambres et est située sur l'un des meilleurs spots de plage de South Haven. Sortez sur une grande terrasse communautaire entièrement meublée avec tables, chaises et salons donnant sur 200 pieds de plage privée. Le pont comprend également une grande piscine chauffée avec vue sur le lac. A l'intérieur de l'unité est une cuisine entièrement meublée, y compris un micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle. Le salon a un canapé-lit double et un canapé-lit complet. Les chambres comprennent un lit queen size, une commode et ses placards. La salle de bain a une combinaison douche / baignoire. Wow, what a location. The lake is right outside your door, the pool was still open in Sept. the beach was private and beautiful! We worked while there and the WiFi was excellent. But the little touches made this place amazing, hooks everywhere, lots of towels, space to unpack into dressers, hangers in the closet, toothbrush holders, etc etc. Marc is a wonderful host!! We plan on going back again.

Great location in South Haven

We had a fabulous time exploring South Haven and some surrounding towns. The Allen’s property was in a great location and was walkable to Downtown. The apartment was well-stocked and a perfect size for the four of us. The beach was amazing and we enjoyed watching the sunsets from the shared deck area.

Perfect place to stay

We could have never ask for a better place to stay. This gem is loaded with anything and everything you might need. The kitchen is completely stocked including a wonderful keurig with some great flavors. I could have stayed forever. The sunset out the back is a sight to see. There isnt a negative thing to say! Thank you for sharing your little bit of heaven with us.

Summer Vacation

This was the 5th time that my husband and two sons have stayed in the Allen’s condo. We absolutely love the location and the pool! This year the pool was like bath water. It was so relaxing. You can’t beat all of the seating on the deck to watch the beautiful sunsets! We are already planning for next summer!

Great by the lake

I enjoyed my stay at this VRBO. The property manager was very respondent and easy to work with. The apartment was well maintained and comfortable. The only issue I had was an issue with the heating system. When the furnace was turned on for the building the heat would not control. It was up to 80f. I had to sleep with the windows open.

Great sunsets on the deck and easy walk to town

We have stayed in this building several times and have enjoyed every visit. The condo has 2 good-sized bedrooms and was very well supplied with everything we needed! Although it's not on the beach side of the building, I could sit near the window on the couch and hear the waves roll in (if the window was open), and had a partial view of the waves as well. Sunsets on the deck and walks along the shore were fabulous. Although it was too cold for us to swim in mid-May, we brought kayaks and were able to store them in front of the building on the beach and paddle around the lighthouse pier and up the channel. (We parked them at the Municipal marina and went to lunch downtown). It's only a 10-15 minute walk from the condo to all the downtown stores/restaurants, as well as the incredibly cheap movie theater. We appreciated having the laundry room in the basement, and the well-stocked kitchen. 5 min walk along the beach to the ice cream/snack hut in the summer. Thanks for a great stay!

No So Good

The property is in a good location, but the condo was dirty. It smelled bad too. The air conditioner is not adequate to cool the whole apartment. The air conditioner is a window unit and is located in the living room. The cool air does not reach the bedrooms or the bathroom. Plus, the air conditioner smells bad. Could hardly stand to turn it on. If it wasn't for the box fans in the condo, it would have been miserable. The beds are not comfortable. I was truly disappointed, because the location was really nice.

Nice condo by the lake

Everything we needed for a stay by the lake. Went during winter, but still enjoyed stepping outside to see the lake. Very well appointed and everything we needed to cook our own meals. Loved that there is laundry on site. Will definitely look to stay here again!

Great getaway.

The property was nice. A little disappointed in not having a direct view of the water or being on the water side of the building. For the most part the condo was clean but we did see areas that must have been skipped when cleaning. (under the beds and under kitchen cabinets and behind the sofa). It's not that we were looking for these things but in searching for outlets and things we dropped on the floor were discovered. The pool, deck, and beach areas were fabulous. The people we met were very nice. The location is within walking to several places. The kitchen was nicely appointed. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The furniture was nice and also comfortable. I would recommend this unit.

Location, the best!

The condo was extremely clean and well equipped. A lot of thought went into making easy. Marc was great to work with. The location right on the beach (no steps down a bluff) and the pool are unbeatable. Close proximity to all South Haven. The wineries and distilleries were fun!! Copper craft is a must! The Kal-Haven trail was fantastic for biking!! We have vacationed in West Michigan for years. This complex is very special having both pool and beach. Can't wait to come back next year!!

Magical getaway!

Much Needed Get Away

This was one of the best equipped units I've ever rented. The condo was updated and clean, but I really stay here for the location. You can't beat the proximity to town and the private beach and pool. The owners were great to work with too. It was nice to be able to get out in the sun while still social distancing.
