Beautiful South Haven Lake House; Newly Renovated and Decorated; Family-oriented

Our home is a beautiful Cape Cod that has been professionally decorated throughout. It is the epitome of a contemporary lake house: Light, colorful, stylish, with top-level upgrades. Plenty of space -- indoors and on the large back patio -- to relax. It offers 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large kitchen and dining area. The backyard features a large patio enough to comfortably accommodate large extended families -- gas grill, gas fire pit, and other features as well!

The location on the vrbo map is not accurate (we are close to the Cass St & Monroe Blvd intersection). We are 1/2 mile from the South Beach blue stairs, and about 1 mile from downtown.

Minimum 2-night stay except for peak season (mid-May to end of August) when we only rent weekly (Saturday to Saturday).

In 2015, we did a COMPLETE overhaul of the home: Literally taking it down to the studs and putting in NEW kitchen cabinets, microwave, bathroom cabinets and features, washer and dryer, and carpeting and flooring throughout. The home also features a stainless steel stove, toaster, coffee pot, blender, mixer, outdoor gas grill, fire pit, air conditioning, comfortable 300+ count sheets, etc. Secured WiFi included, as well as a kitchen tv and large screen tv in the living room both of which have premier cable, access to many different channels, etc. We also provide an extensive array of board games, puzzles, and other interactive activities!

Since that time, we continue to make consistent updates to ensure a quality experience.

Our home is special to us, and we are picky; if you are someone who appreciates the nice things in life and can take care of our home as if they were your own, this rental is for you. We require a security deposit of $1000 which is fully refundable when the home is left as you found it (coordinated through vrbo.com).
