これだよ！！！ 1階、階段のないマンション、きれいで快適な「ビーチ」スタイルで素敵な装飾があなたの到着を待っています。 すべてに近い美しく手入れされたゲートコミュニティのこの静かな場所をお楽しみいただけます。 隣接する温水プールとスパでは、日当たりの良い日陰の席、ウェットバー、フィットネスセンター、ビリヤード、ゲームルームをご利用いただけます。

冬の家は完全に家具付きです。 ビーチチェア/傘とビーチタオルも含まれています。 クイーンベッドルームには2つのドレッサーとウォークインクローゼットがあります。 ラナイ、フラットスクリーンHDTV、DVD、CD、プレミアムケーブル、ワイヤレスインターネットサービスで朝食をお楽しみください。 キッチンには調理器具、サーブウェア、ミキサー、電気グリル、クロックポット、トースター、コーヒーメーカー、フルサイズの洗濯機と乾燥機などの器具が完備されています。 最低30日間レンタルする必要があり、1か月間は追加のレンタル日を希望することに注意してください。 予約の数ヶ月前までに問い合わせてください。

Looking forward to returning!

Enjoyed our stay at Gardens at Beachwalk. Amazing location, very comfortable and condo unit very close to pool. Owner was always quick to respond with any questions we had. Looking forward to staying here again in 2024.

Perfect location

We rented the condo to manage the repair of our place that was damaged by hurricane Ian. Since I was back and forth multiple times a day the location was perfect. Terry was a great host who responded right away to any questions.

As expected

The property was just as we expected and was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed. The only issue was our inability to navigate a Fire stick. We did get things figured out and it was fine. The location of the property was excellent - close to restaurants, grocery stores and the beaches! Would stay again next year, but it is already booked.

Location, Location, Location

Terry was a great host to us. The location of the condo at the Gardens at Beachwalk is ideal. It is close to everything; the beaches, restaurants, a Publix market and shopping (for my wife). I needed to contact Terry a couple of times both before and at the beginning of our stay during March of 2024. She got back to me immediately on both occasions. Thank you Terry! We hope to stay with you again.

Fabulous Resort Style Community

Absolutely loved he Resort Style Community. The buildings and grounds are very well kept. The unit is clean, cozy and has everything you need. The amenities such as restaurants, bars, salons, grocery and liquor stores are steps away. You can walk everywhere and feel safe. We met amazing people who have become our friends. Fort Myers Beach is 10 min away however traffic can be extremely busy but plan accordingly. Fort Myers is a fabulous spot for snowbirds. Terry is a fabulous host who is always available to answer any questions. She was fantastic to interact with day or night. I will miss my daily pool time. Can't wait till 2023.

Avoiding Feb in Michigan

What a great location, close enough to everything, yet far enough to avoid the crowds. Complex is very nice and the pool is very close. Condo was well equipped with everything you need, just bring your suitcase and get your food at Publix one block away!!

Fantastic location!

We enjoyed our time in this condo unit - very comfortable and convenient to everything we wanted to do in Fort Myers. The owners provided so many things a traveler needs to enjoy the pool, beaches and flavor of SW Florida. In fact, we brought a small cooler and plan to upgrade to the same type we borrowed from the condo, which is much better than ours. We had a couple of minor issues early on that were resolved quickly and completely with a message and phone calls. Terry was very helpful and reassuring on the phone. This is a great place to escape Midwest winters!

Fantastic condo.

The best at Beachwalk Gardens

We rented this place for the last three winters--fantastic!! The owner provides all the necessary items for your stay--these touches make you feel right at home. The people in the community are very friendly. Very large pool (heated) and loved the hot tub. There were a couple of socials for the residents. We walked across the street for groceries at Publix and there are many stores and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive including the Love Boat for ice cream. There's a nearby driving range and golf course. You can be on Sanibel Island in 10 minutes. The landlord is accessible and accommodating. The only reason we are not returning is because we are buying a condo.

Excellent

This is an excellent condo to spent one or two months in. It is 5 miles to beach has a beautiful pool, hot tub, work out room. The condo has everything you will need even to take to the beach or pool. The condo is lovely decorated and it was plenty spacious enough for my husband and I. It has a Target super store across the street. Close to shopping and sightseeing. Really, all you will need is your clothes. I highly recomend this to anyone. The lady who rented this to us is the nicest person we have ever rented from and we have stayed in many states. Only reason I am not renting THIS year is my husband passed away this year. This condo holds many memories for me. I know anyone would enjoy staying here. The property is wonderfully maintained, clean and even can wash your car. Resturants are close and the LoveBoat is right down street for Ice cream (wonderful) Edison's Home is great for touring, can spend all day there. I recommend this to my best friend and I did. Ellen There is also a Trolly you can catch right outside the gated community, to the beach.

Ken and I live in the suburbs of Chicago. We have three children and five grandchildren. Our lives are busy and we look forward to spending a few weeks each year in Ft. Myers to unwind and do as much or as little as we choose. We plan on spending more time at Beachwalk once we retire. But for now, we are happy to share our "little bit of paradise" with you.

Ken and I have enjoyed Ft Myers ever since Ken's parents retired to the area in 1982. During a 2003 beach excursion with our three children, we passed Beachwalk and loved the Mediterranean style and the great location. Within two years, we decided to purchase our first vacation home.

この宿泊施設の特徴

We love that there are so many beaches and activities at our doorstep or just a short drive away. The pool is so beautiful and accessible with the wide stair entrance. Best of all, we are located in building 8 right next to the pool. My tranquil mornings include a good book on the lanai, a walk up to Biscotti's or an early morning soak in the spa.
