We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. We booked much later than usual this year due to the uncertainties with Coronavirus. Our usual place in Blue Mountain is directly on the beach, so we were hesitant, especially because this condo is across 30-A. It was actually not a bad walk to the beach at all. The location is great! It is an eight minute walk to Shunk Gulley/Gulf Place. We’ve been visiting 30-A for over 20 years. and stayed in many types of properties in Seagrove, Grayton, Blue Mountain, and Santa Rosa. This condo had a great layout for our family of four. The price was reasonable. The owner was responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely consider staying here again.

30A is my Happy Place. This was our first time staying in this location and my family loved the extra space of the townhome!! The convenience of restaurants nearby along with the beach and bike path make this spot perfect. Kids enjoyed having tennis and pool right out the door. Husband loved the easy to use grills for our nights of cooking in. I would highly recommend this rental to others.

Great location and close to the beach. The property is very spacious and has most everything. There are some condiments in the cabinet over the stove (we couldn't find it initially and had gone out to buy things like salt/pepper/oil). I did not realize that I had to bring everything from home, like trash bags, toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher soap, washing machine detergent, shampoo, conditioner, etc... We travel and vacation a lot, and actually hadn't run into this situation so perhaps it was our fault that we were not prepared. So if you plan to come here, bring your stuffs.

The pool is nice and the beach is pretty close by. The beach itself is nice, but I guess during our stay there was a long strip of perhaps rotten seaweed (?) on the sand, which was a little gross but it didn't bother me much. The biggest obstacle for us was getting the wagons to the beach. We brought our own stuffs (umbrellas, chairs, kids toys, and other things) and had 2 wagons. There are a few steps of stairs from the property to get to the road. And pretty long flight of stairs to get from the road to the beach. Carrying the wagons down the stairs was tiring, but it is just the way it is. If you don't have things on wheels and just carry your own bags then it should be OK. I saw rental umbrellas and chairs there, don't know how much it costs though.
