As usual, everything went well it is a great value and a great location and Chip is always responsive and great to work with. The pool is an added bonus right out the front door and the location on the island is ideal.

It served the purpose, close to stores thats always a plus when navigating the island. My biggest issue was cleanliness, which of course i understand companies do this for the condos. (You may want to look for a new one) Needs some updating, or maintenance. issues

Vacation

Great location with wonderful clean pool. Plenty of room with all the amenities as listed. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels! Great communication with Chip, he answered and accommodated our concerns and needs very quickly.

Very nice

The property is off the beaten path on the island but close to the gulf. It makes your stay more enjoyable not having the traffic noise to contend with. Meet one of the board of directors for the property and he was very pleasant and spent time to get to know me. I was impressed with that. Cup was wonderful every time I called he answered and had answers for all my questions. All total a very enjoyable vacation

We loved how close the pool was and all the shops were. It was a very roomy condo and I loved it had a washer and dryer in the condo. Would stay again.

Gut gelegenes Condo

Wir hatten das Condo zum zweitenmal gebucht. Das Condo hat eine Super Lage. 5 min zu Fuß zum Publix und zur Haltestelle vom kostenlose Insel Trolley .10 min zum Strand. Am Strand viele kostenlose Parkplätze. Das Condo hat einen schönen neuen Fussboden bekommen. Kein Teppichboden mehr. Die Möbel sind aber schon sehr abgewohnt. Die Sauberkeit war okay. Schöner Pool. Jede Menge Sachen vom Beachchair bis zur Poolnudeln sind vorhanden. Netter Kontakt zum Eigentümer.

Great time!

The location, pool, and condo was great. The condo is located near shopping and very close to the ocean. The owner (Chip) was very responsive and easy to work with.

Plumbing issues.

The owner had new floors installed the week before our visit. The toilets had to be removed in the process. We had to wait a couple of hours for one of them to be installed. The other one took a couple of days. Had to request cleaner to come back to clean bathrooms after installation. Owner was profusely apologetic and kept in touch with updates for the situation.

Girls weekend!

The propert was near everything you need. You have a CVS, grocery store, ice cream shop and the most important is of course the beach. It was a 10 min walk to the beach every morning. You dont really need a golf cart since they have the free trolley that runs from one end of the island to the other. The condo was nice but could definitely use some updating. Our host Chip was amazing! He kept in contact and made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely be visiting AMI again in the future!

Excellent close to everything

Chip the owner was amazing. Communication with him was fabulous. The condo could use some updated stuff but it is nice and roomy right across the street from pool so great location for pool. Descent walk to beach. If u have littles I’d encourage you to drive it took us 15 minutes to get from condo to beach walking with our 3 year old. Very satisfied with this condo. Will definitely rent from chip again.

Great Location

Great Location.. Very spacious living space. Chip was always available and answered promptly. Only knock is that it needs updating but a great place to stay.

Huge Disappointment. Could not reach local caretaker. Called owner who admitted he had died years ago!!!!!! When renting on VRBO and spending this kind of money you have an expectation that the rental is in good condition and clean. Neither was true!! I have pictures I wish I could post but this site does not give the opportunity. Owner was not real caring or of any help. Would not stay here again even if it was free!! Think long and hard before thinking about booking this condo!! Pictures I took show stained carpets, gouged and dirty walls, ants crawling on counter tops and the smell upon entering was like cat pee!!! The condo was just overall dirty and grungy. When owner was told this he said he had been down a couple of week ago and everything was fine. ( doubt that) Feel taken advantage of. Have had really good experiences in the past when renting through this site and expect to get what I pay for and what is advertised but that did not happen. Put a real damper on our vacation!!

Good place for good price

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, comfortable and had all the basics we needed. Swimming pool came very handy. 8 minutes walk to the beach, walking distance to the grocery store, some restaurants, ice cream shop etc. Great location! Chip called me before our arrival, sent me all the necessary info and maps of the area. Thank you!
