THE Marlin es un triplex. La unidad 202 tiene un dormitorio, un baño con una cama tamaño king y un sofá cama doble.
La Unidad 204 (VRBO # 331207) es una unidad de baño de dos habitaciones con una cama tamaño queen, dos camas gemelas y un sofá cama doble.
La unidad 206 (VRBO # 1128353) es una unidad de dos dormitorios y un baño con una cama doble, dos camas individuales y un sofá cama Queen.

El edificio tiene una gran área de estacionamiento que puede albergar un bote y un remolque, y las dos rampas para botes públicos no están a más de 2 minutos en automóvil.
Estamos ubicados a solo una cuadra detrás de la tienda de comestibles, tiendas y restaurantes. La playa pública está a menos de una cuadra de distancia. ¡No puedes vencer a la ubicación!
También hay una cocina al aire libre con una parrilla de gas, fregadero y nevera y una zona de estar al aire libre con mesas y sillas.
En el frente hay más sillas para que puedas salir a disfrutar el hermoso clima isleño. La calle en la que se encuentra The Marlin está metida de nuevo y, como no es un camino de paso, y como no hay estacionamiento público, la calle apenas está transitada y es perfecta para los niños.
Nuestra piscina es 31'X19 '. Tiene un extremo poco profundo con un banco alrededor del perímetro para sentarse. La parte más profunda es un gran círculo perfecto para nadar y hay un estante de "playa" que imita sentarse al borde de la línea costera. Dentro de la playa cuando está desocupada hay una fuente y cuando está ocupada hay un chorro que crea anillos de burbujas. La piscina tiene un sistema de luz de cuatro colores que puede ser sólido o multicolor e ilumina la piscina para disfrutar de la noche. Además, hay una gran terraza alrededor de la piscina con tumbonas y mesas.

Fantastic host, glorious property, super convenient!

First off, the host/owner is fantastic to deal with. From initial inquiry about our stay until the day we checked out, she was excellent. Very responsive and accommodating. The property is extremely convenient to shopping, grocery and especially the beach. Walk out the front door and within a one minute walk, your toes are in the sand. We're actually looking to come back in the fall and already had conversations with host regarding availability, etc. Highly recommend this property!

Piece of Heaven

This unit was very spacious. Beds were comfortable place was cute back yard pool area and outdoor cooking was a nice spot to relax after a day at the beach which is literally less then 100 steps from your door. I recommend renting a gulf cart for the week!

Favorite Location We’ve Stayed At!

We absolutely loved this property! It was awesome being steps away from the beach access, and a short walk away from the AMI Beach Cafe! The kids loved being able to quickly get to the beach, and loved having a pool if there were rip current advisories

Perfect location, clean and functional

We rented the two bedroom unit for 4 adults. It was clean and well-equipped for our stay. The pool and patio were great! The property is perfect for a large group to rent the 3 units. This location was perfect, with the beach a half block away and lots of retail within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Quaint, cute and perfect!

Such a sweet little spot. I as perfect for my family. Easy walk to beach and grocery store. The unit was spacious and cozy. Will definitely be back.

Quaint, right across the street from the beach.

Clean pool, TV needed to be signed in for watching anything. Clean, owners very responsive! Would be nice to rent all three units for a big family or friend gathering.

Great for Week Stay by Families

We rented the place for our son and three of his children to visit us. The location was outstanding as it was a two minute walk to the beach and close to the supermarket, restaurants and shops. A bit small but I don’t think you come to Anna Maria Island to stay inside. The owner/manager was absolutely wonderful to deal with. The pool could use some cleaning but the ocean was so close by it was no problem. The family would love to come back.

Much Needed Getaway!!

This property was just amazing, it was steps away from the most beautiful beach I have ever seen in my life. Not a lot of traffic, and very nice family’s around us. The pool was amazing, and showers and hoses were available out side for washing off sand on yourself and chairs. It was so peaceful and plenty of chairs outside to sit and drink your coffee in the morning to watch the sunrise. We had bikes delivered the day we got there and you get a discount on rentals for staying here at the Marlin. We rode our bikes everywhere, and it was so much fun for all of us. The owner was so sweet, and responded very quickly. I absolutely loved our trip here and will definitely be back for another visit.

Cute, comfortable, convenient, and affordable!

Although the furnishings we a bit dated and we found a few palmetto bugs, which are apparently very common for the area, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the unit, the great amenities, the very close proximity to the beach and some great dining/recreation spots, and how great the owners were to work with. They offered a service to pick up and stock groceries for us and had a great recommendation for a rental service where we were able to get a pack and play for our daughter and an umbrella and chairs for the beach. You can't beat it for the price, we will definitely be going back!

Great place!

Myself and two friends stayed in this lovely cottage, just steps from the beach, and absolutely loved it! The place was clean, the hostess was responsive and the rate was very reasonable! You can not go wrong renting here!

Lovely condo close to everything

We just returned from a quick stay over spring break and can’t stop thinking about how lovely our stay was. The condo is older but well kept and very clean. The pool was wonderful and we were just steps away from the beach which was not crowded at all. Many restaurants and shops in the area. We hope to stay again soon!

Great Get-Away Spot

Close to everything: Holmes Beach. Spots for breakfast, lunch and dinner--all price ranges. First floor condo was clean, comfortable, decor was bright, island-y! Plan to go back next year.

Meets basic needs

I was a little disappointed. The place smelled heavily of chemical fragrance when we first arrived, and it took awhile to find the swiffer with cleaner in it - which we had to put outside. The sheets also had fragrance, and that is uncomfortable for people who have fragrance sensitivities. It is also a health concern (google "pthalates" for more information about endocrine disruptors associated with synthetic fragrances). Other than that, the home was clean - a few crumbs in the fridge, but nothing major. The utensils provided for cooking were flimsy plastic, and the scissors were broken. The plastic plants were dusty. The sofa beds were uncomfortable - but what sofa beds aren't? Lastly, my bad for not checking, but the pool wasn't heated. On the other hand, you are steps from the beach. Beach chairs and beach toys were available. The decor was nice, and the furniture was comfortable. There is 1 step up to get to the door, and another step to get into the house, so it wasn't too difficult to get a person in a wheelchair inside. All in all, it's fine for a family who just wants to spend time on the beach.

Wonderful location and nice accommodations

Was trying out the Marlin for the first time and can tell you we will be back! Loved the locale, the beach was fantastic, and the accommodations were spacious, modern, and clean. Loved the heated pool as well. Within walking to Grocery, Restaurants, Shops. Cheri the Property Manager was easily accessible and polite as we checked in late and so after a quick call our key was located and we were all set. We could tell a lot of time, attention, and care is going into making this location a place to be proud of.

Spectacular getaway!

The Marlin is a wonderful place to stay! This was our second trip to the property and we picked the larger of the rooms to stay. The pool and outdoor grilling area is awesome! Steps away from the beach and beautiful surroundings. Owner provided excellent communication from the time we booked to the moment we left. Clean and well maintained we look forward to making this our yearly getaway!! Thank you for our wonderful vacation with our family and pet :) Laura
