This was our third summer in a row staying at a cottage that has become a part of our family's life. Both our seven-year-old girl and our three-year-old boy have such tremendously positive memories of our time here that we hope to be able to come again and again. The home is clean and well suited to a family's needs. The dock and the lakefront yard, with a wonderful little fire circle, are perfect for spending time with nature. There are shockingly few biting bugs (very few flies or mosquitoes), and the water is clean and clear for swimming. What a wonderful place.

Amazing spot!

We had a wonderful time at the cottage blue this past weekend. It was set up with everything we could need and in very good condition! Lots of beds, extra blankets and an entertainment system and games if it rained, which it did. As a parent I loved that I could see the entire yard and lake from the living room, deck and hot tub! My kids (8 &10) could do what they liked and I could relax while still supervising. We can’t wait to return!

Summer stay at the blue cottage

I had a wonderful week at the little blue cottage. The property is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Details were wonderfully thought out everywhere, inside and out. I wouldn’t change a thing. The hosts were delightful and the location was awesome. We made a couple visits in town and to a great beach - all within 20 minutes of the cottage.One of my favourite experiences was watching how happy my city dog was to explore outside, chasing the flies and the watching the wildlife.Thank you again! I hope to come back soon.

Majestic!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the cottage. It had everything we needed. It was well set up for kids, my two year old loved playing with the train set. Beds were comfortable. The lake was stunning. It snowed on our last morning and my husband spotted some elk crossing the lake. We also enjoyed the hot tub both nights. Host was very kind and communicative. Would absolutely stay again!

Weekend getaway

I can’t say enough great things about this beautiful little peace of heaven, The Cottage Blue. The beautiful dock, the view on the lake, the spa, its as serene as it gets. The host is wonderful. Reserve, don’t even hesitate.

Short stay in Mont Tremblant

Despite poor weather we enjoyed our stay at Cottage Blue. It is very convenient for 4 adults and has all what you need. Catherine is a very accommodating host.

Summer vacation

Had a relaxing summer vacation at this cottage. Grandkids came to visit and had fun jumping off the dock into the clear refreshing lake. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay at this property was thoughtfully available. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone.

Christmas family get away

We had a wonderful stay at Cottage Blue with our family. The host was available for any questions and ensured that the description on the booking site matched the experience. Nothing was missing from the location to a clean spa. We were really happy to be able to go back to our place and sit in front of the wood burning fire after a long day on the slopes.

Round Two

For the second year in a row, we spent about a week at this cottage and absolutely loved it. Our family of four (children are six and two) loved the swimming, quiet and peaceful countryside, and even the hot tub. The mornings, with the mist on the lake and families of ducks--and, one time, a swimming beaver--were just wonderful. Everything at the cottage worked well and was comfortable. We would absolutely recommend this for anyone, traveling with or without kids.

Haven of tranquility

Time stands still at Cottage Blue giving you time to appreciate every minute by the crackling fire while feasting your eyes on the picture perfect view of the lake below. Nature puts on a show every day drawing your attention on the sun kissed water ripples or its misty veil in the early morning. Cottage Blue offers an opportunity to immerse oneself in the bygone era when simpler times created authentic experiences. Cottage Blue's oldfashion comfort is the perfect way to unwind away from the exhausting urban distractions. Ending the day in the hot tub below the starry sky was the cherry on top.

The most peaceful home far away…

Well kept and cared for property which reminded me of my Scandinavian family’s home in Norway. The home was fully equipped with literally everything you’d need. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The hot tub clean and easy to get into and use. The kitchen had everything and there was a store five minutes away that sold anything you needed. The best is that when arriving I had typed in the wrong home address so we met the neighbor in the road- in the dark around 6pm. He was so kind and welcoming which made me feel even more at home. We rang in 2025 fireside with our poodle and two almost teenage children. What a beautiful four nights we had!

Relaxing retreat

We enjoyed our stay at the Blue Cottage very much! The host, Catherine, is a pleasure to deal with, very helpful, informative, detailed. The cottage is lovely, matches the description, well-maintained and clean; it had everything we needed, well stocked. We had no problem with internet connection / TV. The set up is incredible, patio and living room overlooking a beautiful quiet lake, very picturesque. Our dogs had a fantastic time as well , chasing the ducks and swimming off the dock. It was a relaxing retreat and a really great experience overall!

Perfect Family Vacation

Our family of four--including a kindergartner and a toddler--had the most wonderful time in this cottage. Swimming off the dock was something we did several times a day. The water was clear and cool (not cold) in August. The photos are exactly what you'll find in real life, both indoors and out. The cottage was quiet and peaceful. The lake was the same. We found everything we needed, and the owners were responsive to every advance question and request--up to and including being sure we had a life jacket small enough for our one year old. We plan to come back.

Perfect getaway spot for any season

Our vacation was to get away from the world for a little bit. We stayed here early March 2020 (breakout of Corona Virus) and it was awesome!! This place was perfect! Hot tubbing overlooking the river, night sky full of stars. Close enough to "civilization" for anything we needed, but far enough away to feel isolated. This place had all the kitchen amenities you could need. The river was frozen, which was awesome, and there was plenty of snow. The driveway was a solid sheet of ice, so be careful there. I arrived after dark and slipped on the ice as I was getting out. This place was well worth the money, we can't wait to come back in the summertime!
