Location! Location! Well equipped 4 bedroom 2 bathroom heated pool/spa home just off Del Prado Blvd. Master has king bed with separate bathroom as well as private slider to lanai. Bedroom two has 2 twin beds, bedroom three has a queen bed and bedroom four has a full/twin bunk bed. Second bath has walk out to lanai. You won't be dissappointed, tile and wood floors throughout as well as stainless appliances. Convenient to everything.

Nice clean house

Me and my siblings come down once a year to visit my aging father and stepmother and needed a house close to them. This is a very nice house with plenty of room for all of us. The communication with Shane was excellent, when I contacted him thinking we may need to move up our days due to my father's health he had no problem working with us to make changes if needed. The house itself is an older well maintained home that worked out great. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

Perfect month of March.

Quiet neighborhood, close to everything. House was clean and well stocked with basics. Pool was fantistic. Communication was easy and promptly responsive. 5 stars.

Great place the pictures don’t do justice to how spacious and comfortable is, great Pool We were a big group I recommend that more towels for Pool and bathroom needs to be provided Overall a great stay excellent location too

Issues not corrected since December Review

This property has the potential to be a 5 out of 5. Footprint, Layout, Lanai, Pool all PERFECT for a family gathering. Referencing issues from previous review in December: 1) Refrigerator leaking water onto contents, we had to empty a bowl daily. Bottom Shelf and Door shelf missing. 2) Hall Toilet ran constantly with high pitch whistling noise. 3) Blinds in bedrooms would not close fully for privacy and slats missing. 4) 2 of the 4 TV's did not function at all. I assumed these items would have been taken care of, lesson learned. Property Management company that was employed by host was not responsive on the same concerns we brought to them upon our stay. Property management company replied to new concerns we found with "The owner will be coming in a few weeks to get the house back to normal"; that left me unsettled that the host knew the house was not in it's "normal" condition. There were issues caused by Hurricane Ian; debris in the yard and leaks in the ceiling. We understand the devastation in the community we just wanted the host to acknowledge prior to check-in that the home was not in its "normal" condition.

Review

The property was clean. It needs updating. Two televisions did not work. The refrigerator did not have a bottom shelf and water pooled. The window coverings were broken. The hall toilet was noisy.

I don't think the pictures do this property justice, its georgous! Our kids loved the pool and there was plenty of space for everything. The pool was sloped so it was perfect for everyone! The house had everything you would need, from pots and pans to laundry detergent. Would definitly rent again if we go that far down in FL again!

Graduation/Family trip

We were there for my nieces graduation. It was super convenient and clean. We ALL enjoyed the pool area and being able to be in one place together and make memories. We will diffently stay here again when visiting!

Good location

Overall the stay was good with enough space for everyone. We did run into issues with the spa and lights in one bedroom. We reached out for help with no response. We just worked without these items and made the best of our time.

Lux house

Second consecutive year staying at this property. Would have been three consecutive but it's already been booked for the entire winter next year. I enjoy the home, I enjoy the location, and I enjoy the owner, had no problems whatsoever either year. I don't want to be too complimentary because I know I'll have trouble renting it again.

House was ok

Overall the house was good. Just needs some maintenance. Lights in room with bunkers did not work. Couldn't figure out how to turn outside lights on front of house. Back fence is falling apart. Called property manager to fix front screen door. Waited 2 or 3 days and the door didn't get fixed so did it myself.

Just what I thought it would be.

It was just what I was looking for. A nice house and pool to stay for a month and get to know the Cape Coral area. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great week!

We had a great week there, the kids enjoyed the pool and was enough room for our family. Kitchen and living room had everything we need. My only complaint would be maybe a few more bath towels and washclothes. When you have 8 people showering, you don't always want to do laundry everyday. Again.....such a small complaint. Didn't take away from our vacation at all. We had a blast! Thanks again

Very enjoyable well stocked home.

Almost everything you could need was in the home. Well stocked linens, towels,beach towels, beach chairs etc. Pots,pans ,plates silverware. Bicycles, coolers etc. The owner was super nice and cordial. Had minor problem getting a response from management company but again the owner went above and beyond for me. Definately want to use thus property again.

Shane was most accommodating and handled dishwasher issue expeditiously. Highly recommend for families. Pool was excellent and property manager returned calls asap.

Family friendly

We had an excellent time at this extremely family friendly home. Our week was chilly but with the heated pool, the kids (and adults!) still had a ball swimming all week. There were toys provided for the kids, as well as a pack n play and high chair. We were thrilled with the location and the accommodations!

Honest review

Overall our stay was not bad. The house was nice and spacious. The owners were easy to get in contact with and everything ran smoothly. The only issues we had were as follows: Overall, the house was pretty clean. However, the oven was not clean at all. We had to clean it out before using it and throw away the rags we used to clean because of all the grime. It was rather disgusting. Also, the pots we wanted to use looked clean but when we went to use them they also were not cleaned well. They were full of grease and just put away like that. Out of an abundance of caution due to the pandemic, we decided to wash all the sheets when we arrived. That’s when we saw the mattress in the master bedroom. It was full of stains, very unsettling to sleep on. It was the only bed in the house without a mattress cover so we don’t know what the other mattresses looked like. The pool heater never worked, which wasn’t a huge deal because it’s summer, but the house was was advertised with a heated pool. Other than that, the house should get a few updates. The sofas were very old and not comfortable. None of the bedding matched. The blinds in the living room were missing a lot of them. These are details that I think are small but make a big impression.
