Lisa was great to work with. The house was really well stocked, and little things were thought of that aren't usually part of a VRBO experience! Really quiet neighborhood and a great location. Very secure and safe as well!

Beautiful property with wonderful accommodations. Lisa was an excellent host . She answered all my questions and gave excellent recommendations for food and outdoor activities. Will definitely be back.

Great stay!

This was our favorite vacation rental so far. Lisa was delightful to work with. The house is comfortable and in a great location. The kitchen is nicely equipped so making meals and using the outdoor grill was so easy. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Piece of paradise

Super private and quiet piece of paradise in Palm Springs! Excellent location, minutes to downtown by car and easy access to get around. The house was spotless and is equipped with all the amenities you would need. Lisa was an amazing host and was very responsive. Our favourite part of the house was the outdoor space, especially the pool and Bbq area. Plenty of room in the house for our family of 4 and the beds were very comfy. Highly recommended it and will definitely be back!

Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in the Movie Colony neighborhood! Lisa is a fantastic host—quick to respond and incredibly accommodating. The layout of the house is smart and efficient, with no wasted space and plenty of comfortable areas to relax and hang out with friends and family. The pool and hot tub are the perfect size for both fun and unwinding. The kitchen is well stocked, which made meals easy, and the neighborhood is ideal for walking, with great restaurants just a short stroll away.

Beatiful Oasis

Very comfortable and well-equipped home in great neighborhood in Palm Springs. The best feature is the complete privacy in the outdoor space with the pool and hot tub that makes it feel like a private resort. Host was good communicator. I would be happy to return here again and again!

Quiet Oasis

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood with pool and jacuzzi. Fully equipped kitchen, two good sized bedrooms with separate TV room, sports equipment and bikes, and relaxing shaded lounging area around the pool . Walkable location to downtown restaurants on Palm Canyon (~ 30 min walk) or take the bikes provided. Would definitely stay here again.

Palm Springs Perfection

We just loved this VRBO- probably the best we've ever stayed in over 20 yrs of rentals. Incredibly clean, fully stocked kitchen, amazing pool and hot tub area, lovely mid century decor and best of all- the perfect location in the Movie Colony. We rode bikes that were supplied to the nearby park and loved being so close to downtown and all the restaurants and shops. Pictures don't do this place justice! We will be back!

Beautiful home in perfect location!

This home was clean, comfortable, and beautiful! We loved being in the movie colony neighborhood surrounded by the cutest homes and so close to all the restaurants and shops downtown. We enjoyed being a short drive to so many great hikes! Since it was pretty chilly while we were in town, we opted not to heat the pool but the hot tub was the perfect ending to the day. The property is quite private despite being tucked between neighbors. Lisa was an excellent host and was highly responsive and helpful. Overall, just a wonderful stay in a gorgeous home in Palm Springs!

I don’t often respond to a review, but my review for this guest was not reviewed properly. They should have received a 5 star for all groups! It is incomplete. Lovely renters and I would rent to them straight away again. In the meantime, I will look into this confusion!! My apologies to Jamie and her husband!

Wonderful place

This house is so pleasant to be in and the neighborhood is very nice and convenient to the downtown area. Owner was very accommodating with providing the baby furniture and toys. The cleaner is very pleasant. The pool and hot tub area is very nice with being so clean and well maintained. The two bedroom house with all the windows and door was also very clean and well maintained. Very very comfortable here. I wish we could stay longer. You will not be disappointed here.

Beautiful, relaxing property

We LOVED our stay! The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked multiple meals and used the grill. Rooms & linens are newer, bright & comfortable. Loved the hot tub and so pleased we chose to heat the pool. We used both daily in the evenings after exploring or hiking in the area! The grounds are very serene, private with multiple seating areas to enjoy. There is even a washer & dryer! Really loved the property and truly relaxing to close out a hectic 2023!! Lisa is very responsive and even notified us when we could go to the property early- much appreciated

Excellent Getaway!

Wife and I, both seniors, came over from San Diego for a 5 day staycation. Thoroughly enjoyed this property. Owner, Lisa, was easy to contact, and totally responsive. House is a mid-century unit that has been expanded and completely modernized into a comfortable, tastefully decorated home. Pool/spa/barbecue area out back most enjoyable place to kick back and soak up the PS sunshine. Property is completely secure and private, in a nice quiet area. Located just 4 minutes from Palm Canyon Drive's many restaurants and shops, and 2 minutes from Stater Bros shopping center. Definitely plan to stay here again, and strongly recommend.

Beautiful home!

The house truly was beautiful and well kept. Better in person than the pictures depicted! My only complaints are we had an issue with finding ants. Mainly in the kitchen, but sometimes a few would make it into the bedroom and we didn’t cook or have food in the home at all during our visit. However, our main frustration came from the repetitiveness from the owner. Before booking the first thing asked and stated was not to have loud noise or parties. That was understandable and clear and we made it very clear there would only be 2 of us the entire time and not spending much time at the house as we were there for a festival. We had to send both of our drivers licenses to her which is something I’ve never done through here or other sites. I travel for work and have booked numerous times. I can understand being asked once maybe twice, but it was repeated again after booking. Once more before arriving. We arrived and we’re told 3x and had to sign not only the Vrbo agreement but their contract and another for once again noise. The approach and multiple times being told made us feel as if we were being targeted and my guess would most likely be for our age or appearance. The house is definitely beautiful and safe to stay in the area or find great restaurants during your stay. The ants are an easy fix and in the future I hope they change their approach and maybe the repetition of their rules. Rules are important and stated in the VRBO agreement as well.

Hi I think this is the 1st response I have ever written. But needed in this review. Was not aware of the ants, easy fix! Regarding ID’s and rules from the city! We as homeowners are required to keep on file an ID of every person staying at any licensed rental homes in PS, for the city and additionally a signature that you have read the “good neighbor brochure”. I think the confusion and frustration is simply after receiving your ID’s you were under our age restrictions. Although I allowed you stay and reviewed you high, it was simply because you left the house in good condition. Rules! It can be a bummer sometimes! Yes, thank you our home is well kept!
