This property is wonderfully located about 1.5 blocks from the beach. It is also stocked with activities to entertain guests. Finally, the host is outstanding and very responsive. I certainly recommend this spot.

Nice place

Very nice location. House a little dated but clean and comfortable. Only issue was living room TV didn't get hardly any chanel's. Bedroom TVs had Roku but don't like to sit in bed to watch TV. Overall nice stay. Canal was nice and very short walk to the beach.

Great experience

Hose was clean and just as desribed. Anything we needed was a quick email and Host responed immediatley. Cookware was new and awesome. I brought my own but thses were much better! Can't wait to come back and it be my beach go to from now on!

Perfect Location

My family booked planning to spend everyday on the water fishing! It was in a perfect location to go to Cherry Grove boat landing to launch our boat and enjoy inlet fishing. We caught lots of flounder! The home has washer/dryer, kitchen supplies to cook with, and plenty of space. Pluses include renting from local golf cart company to enjoy easy rides to restaurants or a quick trip to Boulineau’s to pick up any necessities. Sadly, our week went by way too fast! Already planning our next trip back! Thank you for your hospitality!

Save your money

Dirty, broken down, dangerous…uncleaned vomit on couch, uncleaned blood on chair, broken furniture, layers of dust, dirty kitchen, empty bottles of liquor, vape pen, broken bed…pictures of everything and owner vowed verbally and on VRBO messages to refund 1/2 of our money…he then sent part and never the rest, blaming us for broken items that were clearly done before our stay. He was upset I didn’t clean up the vomit!! I was literally washing 3 dishes before we left and the spigot popped off the counter, spraying water everywhere…it was a disaster. Any other place would have refunded the entirety of the stay and been mortified at the condition of this home. We are hoping VRBO will help us get the rest of our promised refund. Despicable

Great place for larger family

This property fit our needs perfectly! Plenty of room inside and out with easy access to the beach. The location is quiet and out of the hustle and bustle of the street noise. Having access to the water from the back to fish and catch crabs was fun. Everything we needed was there and then some. We overpacked for this vacation because some of the stuff was already there. After all the shopping we did we had to leave our beach cart there because we didn’t have room in the car to bring it back, but it’s no big deal. If it helps the next family in getting their load to the beach without loading their shoulders, that would make me happy! Overall, great location and my family had an amazing time!

The house is a bit dated but we stayed on the beach mostly.

House could use some updating. Enjoyed the decks and the one on the water canal. Small backyard was perfect for corn hole. Overall we had a great time and the walk to the beach was short.
