This property was amazing!! The photos do not do it justice. It’s spacious, was the cleanest Vrbo I had ever stayed in. The host was responsive and a great. The kitchen had everything needed and more! The location was excellent literally steps from the beach. Local restaurants and groceries stores are a quick drive! 10/10 and we can’t wait to stay at this villa again.

The elevator was out when we arrived and I was very concerned. My mother in law is on oxygen and can't walk up four flights of stairs. I contacted Lori and she answered right away and said it had been reported and someone was coming to fix it. Thankfully, the elevator was repaired and the rest of our stay was wonderful. The condo is very roomy and well stocked. I would definitely stay here again. Lori was great to work with.

Due for a deep cleaning. Molding ledges need washing and baseboards. This was the only thing we noticed.

I appreciate your feedback. I am sorry you didn’t have any thing positive to say. I hope you enjoyed your stay. Unfortunately, during summer months, we are changing over guests Saturday to Saturday and are pushed to get it clean and ready for next guests. We do not have time on Saturdays to do a deep cleaning. We do our deep cleaning after Labor Day when things slow down and there is a few open days. I can promise that we do deep cleaning and touch up painting usually 2x a year. I hope you can understand this is how it works in the rental business. Have a blessed day.

The condo was perfect and spacious for our family. The washing machine messed up and Lori gave me access to another unit of hers so I could do some laundry. Communicated with her was fabulous. It was honestly one of the cleanest condos we’ve stayed at in awhile. The walk to the beach was super convenient as well. We will definitely be back.

Perfect layout for families! Location was great. Accommodations exactly as described. Well stocked kitchen as well as having linens, beach towels and chairs. Loved it and will stay here again! Host was very responsive and helpful.

Lovely stay

Lovely villa with tons of space, comfortable beds, and a well stocked kitchen. Good location close to the beach. Host was very kind and responsive. We loved having our little dog stay with us.

It was a great family vacation. Just a quick walk to the beach. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need. Lori was super helpful and friendly.

Very spacious and had everything we needed. Loved the proximity to the beach. Very short walk. The beach chairs and towels were also a nice amenity.

The villa was beautiful and had plenty of space for 7 of us. Loved the balcony with view of the ocean and public ocean access was right across the street which was very convenient. The pool was smaller than expected and did not have much seating. The grilles that were for the entire building were awesome! Overall we were very happy with the unit. If there was one thing I would change it would be that we ended up having to buy dish washer pods, laundry detergent, garbage bags and toilet paper since we were staying the entire week and here was not enough of any of those in the villa to cover that amount of time and people. Not a huge deal but something to be aware of. Villa was also very convenient to many restaurants and other tourist attractions.

Great property with excellent access to the beach. A shootout in the parking garage the last night left us all feeling uneasy and eager to leave though.

Thank you for the kind words about the villa. I work hard to keep it well maintained and clean. This shooting thing was very disturbing to hear, So I wanted to get the facts and I called the police dept and talked to the detective. It was a random shooting that had nothing to do with people staying in our building, it just happened on the street in front of our park garage. There were no injuries, no arrests and he said the people were long gone. Praise God no one was hurt. I have owned this villa since it was built 15 years ago. My family has 3 villas in this building. We come a lot and bring our kids, grand kids and elderly parents. We have always felt safe. This is a family building and have never had anything like this happen. I am truly sorry this happened during your stay. It is very sad and scary. Unfortunately things like this are apart of the world we live in. I still put my faith in God to overcome this evil. Our trip to north Myrtle beach was amazing because of Lori’s beautiful place. The view of the beach across the road was perfect for my elderly parents. We loved having an elevator for ease of access. When we checked in the place was immaculate, perfectly clean floors (something honestly that seems impossible to do right by the beach!)The home smelled so good, and the decorations were beautiful. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the balcony. The area seems nice, and we were felt so safe here. We were so close to so many fun things to do, yet in a nice spot in town.Lori was very interactive and her communication was on point. The only negative thing we could say at all about the property were the warning signs with fines posted throughout , but also we understand because not everyone takes care of things as they should! There are beach chairs, some toys, and two umbrellas along with beach towels to use which made our week amazing and were things we realized we needed for long days on the beach. The kitchen has all of the dishes and amenities needed for a large family, and two fridges! We’d love to come back in the future to this family friendly home and atmosphere. Thanks Lori!

Great place for families!

This villa was a great place for our family. It was roomy with plenty of towels, pots and pans, dishes, etc. And having the extra refrigerator and freezer was great. It was a quiet neighborhood and just close enough to the beach. I highly recommend to anyone!

Spacious condo

Loved this condo. It had everything we needed and more. The location is great and only a short walk across the highway to the beach. Greatly appreciated all the extra little conveniences the owners provided including beach towels and chairs. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

Great Stay

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was able to accommodate our large family with room to spread out. The location was ideal for several trips to and from the beach with small children and older parents (you do have to cross a road that can be busy at times). Our host was very responsive and kind. I would definitely stay here again.
