Beach house in NJ

Very good location. Cottage not as accessible as thought from description for my disabled sister. Indoor shower did not have hot water. Said it had 2 bikes. Only one was there. Otherwise, it fit our purposes.

Great stay!

This was the cutest cottage! Just a short walk from the beach. Located on a quiet street and with the fenced yard you have plenty of privacy. The firepit was so nice at night to relax with a nice glass of wine. The house is extremely well taken care of, super clean, and well stocked. Gail replies very quick to your needs. Would 100% stay here again for furure visits!

Wonderful Stay

This home was perfect for our stay. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and stores. We enjoyed a beautiful breeze each day coming off the ocean as we sat in the in private front yard. Home was well stocked and clean. Communication with the owners was excellent. They are very kind, responsive and made our stay pleasant. We would stay here again.

Great house, well-stocked, great communication with owners!

The house was even nicer than the photos! Very clean and well-kept. 2 real bedrooms plus a porch room that could all accommodate guests. There were plenty of supplies, from paper goods (paper plates, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues), to linens (sheets, beach and bath towels), to a stocked spice cabinet. Everything you need for the beach is there...beach chairs, beach toys for kids, bikes, even a wagon that our toddler loved. The fenced-in area was clutch with an almost-2-year-old and a small dog...we spent almost all of our non-beach time out there. The walk to the beach was easy (1 long block) so we could go back and forth multiple times per day. The hosts responded very quickly when we had questions or needed a propane tank change. We would definitely recommend staying in this house, and we hope to come back next year!

Misrepresentation

Cute clean little house, however, Should not be listed as 3 bdrm. Bc it’s 2 w/ porch. The main reason we rented this property was the fact that we didn’t have to lug beach stuff with us. Not one if the chairs (or beachcart) advertised was on the premises instead they were old, rusted, & dry rotted (2 tore immediately) the umbrella was broken as was the beach cart. No response from the owner after I texted pics. The front storm door had fallen off only to expose termite damage and rotted wood which was only held up with nails - no screws at all (which would withstand any wind )I have pics of all. House is a new shirt with an old suit! Also, no sidewalks to beach if you have little ones in tow. So if you don’t mind bringing your own beach equipment this house is for you.

Perfect!

My husband and I spent 2 weeks in this home with our dogs. The location was great and the house was immaculate. The front yard was fenced in and lovely to enjoy for morning coffee and evening dinners. We totally enjoyed our stay!

Immaculate cozy beach rental

This really is a perfect beach rental for family. Very clean, updated and pretty much every household item you need is there. Bikes for kids were great. Owner is friendly and quickly answers any questions.

Wonderful cottage and location

Gail and Lloyd are perfect hosts, and anything you need they really go the extra yard to make it happen.If you are visiting the Jersey Shore this is the place to stay, 1 block to beach fully equipted,clean safe adorable and located in walking distance to almost everything. Boardwalk is only a stone throw away. Good and honest people and children and animal friendly. Thanks Gail & Lloyd Gerry & Dom Coppola

The pictures do not do this immaculate house justice.

Huge TV in living room. And every sleeping area has TV. WiFi excellent even during storms. Location is great restaurants, parks, beaches and amusement parks close. Is a smaller house but hugely efficient. Tons of seating and living space in fenced yard. Beach is almost private. Everything you need for your stay is provided. Just replenish paper and supplies. This was our best vacation ever!

My family and I had a great first time in Lavallette!

This beach house was perfect for my family of five. Everything we needed was available. The outdoor area is great and this is where we spend most of our time since we had beautiful weather! A very relaxing vacation! Short walk to a nice beach.

Everything we were looking for !

The house was a perfect size with far more amenities than we expected. House was modern with a perfect beach theme. Bathroom and kitchen were stocked with everything we needed. The outside amenities were perfect for what we were looking for. Outside shower was key. Fire pit was awesome. The location was awesome. 1 block from the beach. Ice cream, arcade/ mini-golf, restaurants/ bars, breakfast joints were all within a few blocks of walking. I highly recommend this property for a week at the shore. We will definitely try to make it back.

Clean, Updated, Quiet Cottage

I was in town for a business meeting and wanted someplace private, clean and quiet. It was perfect! I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

A hidden treasure! The house is in a great location, one block to the beach, close to shops and restaurants. Everything is updated and clean. There is a very nice fenced in area which is great for relaxing, eating and grilling. We brought our little 15 pound dog and she just loved it. It was so nice that I did not have to worry about her getting out. Gail was great and so easy to work with. I look forward to going back next year and would highly recommend the house!

Lovely Beach Cottage

We had a wonderful vacation!! We really liked the fenced in property and the outdoor shower. The house is clean in a great location, close to the beach, shops, restaurants and the supermarket. There is plenty of parking. Gail and Lloyd are great owners. We are looking forward to our 2017 vacation!

Perfect home for a family with kids young and old!

Great pet friendly property

Fantastic property. A block from the ocean and within walking distance to the bay and restaurants and shopping. Fully fenced property was wonderful for our little dog who also loved it. I had such a relaxing time that I didn't want to go home. Completely updated and comfortable home. Can't wait to go back next summer.

This house was great!!!

Beautiful Home

My family spent a weekend in this very lovely home. It had everything we needed, along with the convenience of location. We travel to Lavallette every year, and this house we are hoping to book again next year. They have everything you could possibly need, the house is immaculate, and updated.
