We have our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home in Little Torch Key available for anyone looking to take a vacation in the lower Florida Keys. This home comes fully furnished with all kitchen appliances including dishwasher along with washer and dryer. Also the home has 43 inch flat screen tv's and a 55 inch in the living room and high speed WiFi. The house also has a covered screened deck and for those who want to get a sun tan there is a uncovered deck for you too. Our home sits on a canal which takes you to the Pine Channel within 5 minutes and another 5 minutes you can be diving at Looe Key. Public boat ramp is next door for easy access in and out of the water with your boat or jet ski. The home has a 80 foot sea wall to dock your boat.
Down stairs there is a stand up fridge/freezer for you to store your fish that you have caught and are taking back home. There is also covered parking under the house.
In the back yard there is a 12 by 20 closed and lockable building to store all your gear in. The back yard has yard furniture and umbrellas for you to enjoy the outside living in the Florida Keys. Also you may even get some free entertainment from the boat ramp next door!!
Pets are ok and what would a vacation be like if you didn't have them with you.

The home sleeps 6 with the ability to expand to 8 with a pull out couch.

Very satisfactory!

Very nice clean home, kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils, mattresses very comfy and plenty of towels. Great place to spend the month of February. Mom and calf manatee entertained us in the canal ! Excellent choice.

First time in the Keys

The house was centrally located enabling us to explore from Islamorada to Key West very easily. The house itself was clean and spacious enough for the 2 of us and 4 additional guests for part of our stay. The owner was very quick to answer any questions and concerns. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck watching the boats come and go. I do think some of the outside furniture could have been better. The furniture on the exposed deck was a little rough but the screened in porch was very nice and comfortable. Naders Nest was a nice home away from home for us for a month and Charles was a great host.

Fisherman’s Paradise

Our month in the Keys was amazing. This house is the perfect location for getting to the Atlantic for fishing/snorkeling and for getting to the Gulf. The orientation of the house provides afternoon shade, a huge asset in the Keys. The boat ramp was convenient and entertaining. It is a busy boat ramp but not intrusive. I have never seen a rental so well stocked. Plenty of towels, cookware, plates, silverware. The layout is open and comfortable. The bait fridge & (especially) the ice machine were a huge bonus. Being able to keep our boat in the water is such a convenience. Overall great value for the cost when compared with other Keys rentals.

Peaceful paradise

The house was exactly as described and suited our needs to a T. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the neighborhood is. Being right alongside a boat launch I was expecting there may be some loud party boats coming and going but not at all! A lot of boat traffic but everyone (except one time) was very respectful of the area and came and went without noise or delay. The house is also far enough off Highway 1 that you don't hear road noise either. And the stars at night were spectacular! Beds comfy - kitchen well set up - plenty of space overall. Would love to do it again sometime! Back in snowy Minnesota now and missing my morning coffee on the sunny deck..... :-)

Ideal location and boaters dream!

We were very pleased with the spaciousness of the property. The home is beautifully decorated with island decor. We trailered our boat down for this stay and having the boat landing right next to us was very convenient and entertaining! The large deck and covered screen porch were enjoyed daily, perfect for outdoor dining. We look forward to staying here again!

Great month at Nader House

We can't wait to go back! Everything was perfect for our family of 7. We loved the master that was a little separate for the grandparents! The kitchen is very well stocked, and there is ample towels, bedding, etc. We really enjoyed the boat launch next door. From "Get the camera honey, it's another YouTube moment!" to have a very easy and convenient place to launch our kayaks. The Traeger grill was the highlight particularly the ribs, burgers, and fish. Loved having wifi and plenty of charging stations in each room. We spent all of our spare time on the screened in porch eating or playing games with the kids. We also enjoyed Kiki's Sandbar a number of times, which was perfect with children. And the grocery store is just a few minutes away. The location between Marathon and Key West is perfect for peace and quiet yet convenience. The owner, Chuck, was extremely responsive and quickly resolved any problems or concerns.

Excellent Home/Trip June 2021

We really enjoyed our stay at this updated home. It had all the amenities you need when away from your own home. Plenty of sleeping with the three bedrooms and sleeper/sofa in living room. A plus with a gas grill and Traeger smoker to cook on. Storage downstairs for all your equipment. Free daily entertainment with the public boat ramp next door. Dockage was good for our 30' and 20' boats. Quick access to Gulf and Atlantic. Thank you

Good time had

Enjoyed the stay, location is a huge plus. Inside of the property was pretty good, outside is being worked on but who cares? By the time someone reads this the small issues will probably already be fixed as the owner had a crew working to improve things.

Great house and lication

We had a great time and the accommodations worked out perfect. Plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers. Dock area was perfect for our two boats and easy access to gulf and Atlantic. Boat ramp next door provides good entertainment. Plenty of secure storage for our fishing and diving equipment. Definitely would stay here again.

A wonderful spot in the Florida Keys

Thanks for a wonderful two months on Little Torch Key! Everything was as described. The house is in a great location, about 30 minutes in either direction to Key West or Marathon. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I enjoyed watching the boats come and go at the public boat launch. There are charters that will pick you up right out your back door. The canal is beautiful day and night, along with gazing at the thousands of stars. Sunset was every night off the front porch. Star gazing off the back screened in porch. Kayaking or snorkeling on the canal is easily done. A short trip by kayak and you are out on the lovely bay. I even had a manatee swim up the canal for a visit off the patio. The house is very comfortable, good beds, lots of linens, well equipped kitchen, patio chairs, and beach towels. There are so many things to do in the area, within just a few minutes drive. I enjoyed Big Pine Key and the road to No Name Key, since Key Deer are easily spotted on the way. No Name Pub is a fun and special place. Marathon has lots of interesting places, like the Dolphin Research Center, Keys Aquarium, Turtle Hospital, and many great restaurants and tiki bars. Driving west, Looe Key Reef Resort and Dive Center is 5 minutes, and across the street from it is Boondocks. For a beautiful beach, Bahia Honda State Park is 15 minutes east. And of course, Key West is full of history. fun, characters, bars, restaurants, Mallory Square, marina, and shops. I can't think of a better spot to spend two glorious months in the Keys. Awesome!

Nader's Vacation Home is perfectly situated in the heart of the Lower Keys. Being right next to a public boat ramp was idea, provide easy access to some great fishing. The location is also very close to Big Pine Key amenities, such as grocery stores, bait shops, etc. Not far in the other direction are some great restaurants, including the Square Grouper. The house itself was perfectly equipped and met our expectations. We'll definitely be aiming to rent this place again in the future.

Very nice stay at Nader's Vacation Home. I was somewhat worried concerning hurricane damage but most things were in good condition....The cable was out when we got there but the owner made the right calls to get it up and running before the super bowl

Very nice

We had a wonderful time in this house. The back screened in porch overlooking the quiet canal is where we spent most of our time. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were cozy, and the ice machine downstairs was a great addition. We had manatees swimming in the canal several times a week and kept entertained watching the goings on at the public boat ramp next door. Mr Nader was very attentative and quick to respond if we needed anything.

Beautiful and relaxing!

Nader's vacation home was everything we hoped it would be! A great location, quiet and peaceful close to restaurants and shopping. Close enough to Key West to enjoy the night life but far enough to have the peace and quiet. We had beautiful sunsets on the front porch and beautiful sunrises with our coffee on the screened in back porch. We felt safe and secure and the home was very clean and organized. My wife was an artist at the Key West art show over the weekend and this beautiful home met all our needs. The only negative thing I could say about the home was that we had to leave! I recommend this home to sport fishing enthusiast, romantic getaways with beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and family adventures!! We will be using this home again hopefully longer term

Perfect for lobster season!

We stayed for the 2015 mini lobster season and beginning of open season,(wouldn't let me go back this far on calendar) it was a great family place! Great for docking our 28' Topaz. Lots of storage room for dive and fishing gear. The ice machine was absolutely wonderful along with the open kitchen and gas grill! We flooded again in the 2016 Louisiana flood, good thing we have plenty of boats, so we are really missing the Keys. Thank goodness our last trip there was spent at your place with lots of great memories. Hope you could use the plastic wine glasses we left.

As far as the glasses go I must admit with shame that we have not been back since you were there because this thing called life keeps getting in the way. But rest assured we will use them. Perfect house for vacation holidays in Family

The house was very clean and tidy and everything was ready for visitors to feel at home, including Barbacue. We enjoyed the beaches near by in the Natural Park and could go fishing renting a boat. Key West was near while the house was in a very quite Key. The owner was great and

NICE ROOMY GREAT BOAT DOCK AND BOAT HOUSE

GREAT LOCATION FOR LOWER KEYS FISHING AND DIVING. HOUSE IS WELL EQUIPPED WITH FOR COOKING, GRILLING, NEW TV'S IN EVERY ROOM. HAVE STAYED HEAR SEVERAL TIMES AND WILL BE BACK AGAIN
