Enjoy Lake Erie with all of its splendor! You have access to an association owned private beach/park and a view of some of the most breath taking sunsets you will ever see. And you are in the heart of wine country to enjoy some of the best wineries Ohio has to offer.
The house has a front porch with a relaxing view of Lake Erie.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities. There is a large dining table just off the kitchen and a wet bar to include glassware and all wet bar accessories. The kitchen also provides an open concept layout to the family room with a breakfast bar in between.
The HUGE family room has a 65" TV with bistro table and gas log fireplace. The French doors open to a furnished private 24x24 patio with small waterfall garden , hot tub and fire pit overlooking a private 1+ acre yard. Additionally there is a small covered porch for a secondary fire pit. (Wood is not provided). The open yard invites outdoor games with provided corn hole .
The 3 bedrooms each have a queen size bed. All blankets, linens, sheets, bath, dish towels INCLUDED ******BRING YOUR OWN beach towels.

This great location just minutes from Geneva State Park Beach and Marina, Geneva on the Lake, and wineries. This is the Walleye capital of the world. Lake Erie is well known for its world class walleye and perch fishing. The Geneva State Park Marina is minutes to the east and has top notch boating services including overnight dockage, trailer storage, launching ramps, and fish cleaning service. If you don't bring your boat just book your chartered fishing trip at one of the many charter boats available. We can assist you with this and any other information upon request.
