A: This home is one floor, so all bedrooms and locations are on the main level of the house.
Q: Is this home handicap accessible?
A: Yes, there are no stairs to enter home nor stairs in the home. (Please note that there are no handicap railings in any part of the home)
Q: Is there a grill?
A: Yes, propane grill on property (please make sure gas is turned off immediately after each use) *** If gas is found left open, guests will be charged for a tank of gas ****
Q: Is there an indoor fireplace?
A: Yes, but is for show not functionality
Q: Are pets allowed ?
A: Yes, we love our furry friends and love traveling with them just like you. ( must be well behaved, potty trained & NO chewers [ this house is very unique inside ] *** $75 additions deep cleaning fee *** 2 dogs maximum.

A: Yes, home has a central AC smart thermostat on the wall that can be easily turned up and down by spinning left and right as per one’s liking.

Q: What is the minimum age to book?
A: 25 years of age
Q: Why do require a photo ID
A: We require your ID for compliance with our insurance. Your ID is kept private and is not shared with anyone.
Q: Can I host an event or party at the Cheerful Blue House?
A: We do not allow or permit parties. If you did have any special events in mind we would be open to hearing what it is (but no guarantees!). Please contact me for any inquiries.
Q: Is the couch a pull-out sleeper?
A: No it is not, however it is very comfortable for one person to sleep on.

Check-in is at 4PM. Check-out is at 11AM.
Half a day extensions may be available upon request with an additional charge. There is no guarantee for early or late check-in/out requests or half-day requests. Changes to these times are based on availability and the schedule of our cleaning teams.

The Cheerful Blue House is self-check-in and self-check-out. This home has a smart lock located on the front door. You will receive a unique code prior to your stay.

MINIMUM AGE: You must be at least 25 years of age to book the Cheerful Blue House. A photo of your government ID is required after booking.

Cleanliness: We take great pride in preparing an exceptionally clean and prepared home for your visit! The Cheerful Blue House is clean, sanitized and restocked before and after every guest. Please respect our space, treat it as you would your home and keep it clean! Our dedicated team provides a clean space for our guests, and we hope you enjoy it! Any non-standard cleaning will result in an additional charge.

Monitoring: To protect our guests and home, the Cheerful Blue House has a camera installed right above the garage ONLY. We do NOT spy on our guests. Recording is motion activated and only captures activity outside the front of the house. No cameras or monitoring devices exist inside or in the back of the property. Content is not shared with third party parties unless required by insurance or law.

Noise: To protect our great community from loud/disturbing noises, the Cheerful Blue House has a loud noise restriction after 10PM. We love our neighbors and community and want to continue providing a great place for you and future guests to stay!

GOVERNMENT ID REQUIRED: A photo of your valid ID is required 24 hours after making your reservation. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL A RESERVATION AT ANY TIME IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR ID. CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO THE CANCELLATION POLICY.

Insurance: Due to the nature of living in an unpredictable world, we highly recommend you invest in travel insurance to protect yourself in any case of unseen circumstances. We strictly abide by our cancellation policy if you decide to cancel. If you are interested in travel insurance, two possible options are Insuremytrip and Berkshire Hathaway travel protection. We do not have any affiliations with either vendor provided.
