On the first floor as you enter the property you will find the master bedroom, second bedroom, full bath and laundry. Up one flight is the location of the living, dining, kitchen and second full bath. Up to the loft is the third bedroom with two twin beds. Property also comes with High Speed Internet.

Located in the Carnelian Woods townhome complex, this property is walking distance to North Lake Tahoe hot-spots Waterman’s Landing and Patton Beach, Magic Carpet mini golf and Gar Woods Restaurant. The Recreation Center / Lodge features a swimming pool, two outdoor spas, locker room saunas, a game room and video arcade, tennis and bocce courts and a fitness trail. This complex backs up to the Tahoe National Forest, where you can enjoy endless miles of hiking, cross country skiing and other activities year-round.

My family and I have stayed at many vacation properties. This one not only was dated but in need of many maintenance items. The bed in our bedroom fell through the frame 4 times during our stay, we called maintenance the 1st time and they attempted to repair it. The dresser in our room also had drawers that were coming apart. The dishwasher top rack would not stay in the track and the cabinet doors would not stay closed. Then there was the issue with the pocket door into the bath from the Master. We also reported this problem and they attempted to fix it. But it continued to stick and lock people in the bathroom. It’s disappointing to save and plan for a family vacation and pay good money for a poorly maintained property. The property was clean and well stocked and the location was private with great views.

Materials available for cooking were scarce. Plumbing fixtures in main bathroom in tub were loose and in need of minor attention. TV / Entertainment console was quite large, limiting where it could be put, thus it commanded the living room, this was unfortunate -that is if you do not watch TV which we do not. Otherwise facility was lovely as was the stay and location.

All in All the condo was nice. It needs updating. The carpets need cleaning badly. Beds were comfortable, except futon in loft, which was broken. Linens/towels where clean. Was well stocked with plates, glasses etc...They need to put a shower extension in both showers, not made for tall people (anyone over 5'5")

Had a great time, condo was well supplied with everything. Needs a little updating. Carpets need to be cleaned badly. Bed were comfortable, except upstairs futon which was not usable. But overall nice place great view from both balconies
