We had a wonderful Christmas stay. The peaceful condo is cozy, spotless, and perfectly located close to downtown—everything felt nearby and convenient. Our kids especially loved the piano; it made our holiday extra special.An incredibly warm and compassionate host who truly cares about her guests, with excellent communication throughout our stay. We’re truly grateful for the beautiful memories made here and would happily return.

Our family of four enjoyed a very nice four-night stay and everything was frankly just right. Excellent location, good communication with the owner. Nice layout with bedrooms and cute Tahoe decor.

Fantastic Home

Our family celebrated my daughter's 20th birthday & we all loved every minute of it. There were 5 of us and our stay was two nights & three days. Everyone would go back in a heartbeat. Wonderful time with our family!

We had such a great time relaxing and exploring Tahoe and the location was perfect for our family of 6 (4 kids 12 and under) to go ski and hike during our time there. The rooms were great, the kids loved the bunk beds and we had a lot of fun with the board games when it was time to relax after skiing and hiking. Definitely a great location!

Fun Ski Weekend in Tahoe!

The condo was spacious & we appreciated the big dining room table for eating & playing games. This unit was VERY close to the hot tub, which was an every day activity. We were only 15-20 mins to Palisades Alpine, so super convenient for skiing. We also walked the 2 blocks to the lake, what a beautiful place! Would stay here again.

Really nice place to stay in Tahoe

Great place, even better than the pictures. Very convenient location wise. Great place for multiple families. Only complaint is the requirement to wash and dry all linens prior to checkout, since not all the linens fit in the washer in one load, and the washer and dryer are both very slow.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay here in June 2023! Owner was very communicative and personable. House, premises, and general location were great. Good any time of year but perhaps more so in warm weather to take advantage of the swimming pool, pickleball courts, and Tahoe beach (but good winter location for skiers/snowshoers too). High marks to this place!

Weekend get away

The property was just as pictured. It was clean, cozy, and easy to find with the directions from the host. Loved the bear decor. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We would stay here again.

Amazing place for families

We loved our stay here! We have 4 children and it was perfect for our family. There was a baby seat and pack and play which we really appreciated. We also loved the smart tv and being able to watch Netflix! It’s really close to downtown and we were able to walk to the lake. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place

We were thrilled with the accommodations. The kitchen was well stocked and had updated appliances. The beds were comfortable. The complex is great for kids. It’s a very convenient location. We will be back next year.

Great holiday escape!

Great location so close to Tahoe City. Easy access to Palisades. Beds were comfy. Loved the layout with bedrooms upstairs. Kitchen was well supplied. Host responded instantly to questions. Hot tub and sauna was a nice bonus. Super happy with this stay!

Fabulous Christmas getaway

Nice resort property in condo community with hot tub outdoors in the snow. Kitchen well outfitted for cooking, and cozy bedrooms. Well plowed during storm and only 20 mins from mountain. We'll come again!

Snowy weekend

6 of us stayed here and went skiing at palisades. The location is really close to palisades and it was easy to find. Clean up was easy and the property was everything we could have asked for. The hot tub and sauna were a great amenity after a day in the snow! Thank you again!

Perfect for our family

What a wonderful accommodation for us! So close to tennis, pickleball, swimming, great walks and the beach only a 15-20 walk to a great beach at Tahoe. For our four active granddaughters it was like Disneyland with pee wee golf and horseback riding close by and...after they left my daughter with her 1 month old joined us! a great vaca for all

All we were looking for

Great location for Tahoe winter skiing! We also walked to the Lake for amazing sunsets. Family of 6, including teenagers and college kids Enough room on the couches, around the table and in our own beds for all of us. Well equipped kitchen and fast communication with host. Internet service was not consistent, but it just made for more exciting board games nights! Highly recommended.

Perfect vacation

Because of the weather condition, the owner generously allowed us to check in /out one day early. The house is cozy, has everything we need, good lighting, nice neighborhood, 10 minutes walking to the beach. We rented various places in Tahoe area, this is the best so far!

Aces baseball weekend

Diane is an amazing host. She extended our check out which helped us plan our day more efficiently.. She also responded quickly to all of questions. We will definitely consider her property for future trips to the Tahoe area.

After the passing of our mother, my brother and I purchased this condo in honor of her; Lake Tahoe was always her favorite place! We love this condo and take pride in offering a beautiful place for our family to share with yours.
I am the one and only person you will need to work with when renting our condo in Tahoe City. We hope you enjoy it with your family as much as we do with ours!

We are close to everything! Our condo is in a beautifully maintained complex with many amenities and just a short walk or bike ride (paved bike trail ) into Tahoe City or just .25 miles to the nearby beach.
