Maryl and Mike live in Texas. Mike grew up in Newton KS. Maryl is a city girl from South side of Chicago. Both are retired from the BNSF railway which is based in Ft Worth TX. Mike Invented the NEW product Hurricane Coaster at Villa Serendipity. Mike was at the Villa for Hurricane Irma. One of the First things that he found after the storm was one of he's Coaster. They were named Topple-Not. But now named Hurricane Coaster he also Invented Tornado Coaster for beer cans and Bottle. (cat5wine)

Call or text 817-223-2091 This home with unobstructed views of the bay and ocean, pool and outdoor kitchen sold us. The coconut and palm trees just add to the tropical feel you get when you come thru the automatic gate.
What makes this property unique
Villa SERENDIPITY was built and used as a private recording studio in the early 2000's by Miroslav Vitous. In the beginning of Miroslav career around 1970, the group Weather Report was formed along with Wayne Shorter and Joe Zawinul. Three years later, he formed the Miroslav Vitous Group along with John Surman, Kenny Kirkland and Jon Christensen. During this time he played in a trio with his brother Alan, and Jan Hammer. After winning a scholarship to the Berklee College of Music in Boston. Later Miroslav moved to New York & collaborated with musicians such as Bob Brookmeyer, Chick Corea, Miles Davis, Art Farmer, Stan Getz, Charlie Mariano, and Herbie Mann. In 1979, Vitous became the director of the Jazz Department at the New England Conservatory in Boston. The conservatory has a very disciplined program requiring all students to study for 6 years and pass stringent exams.
