Dominating the Terres Basses peninsula, one of the most sought-after areas in the Caribbean, Villa C'est la vue stands out as an exceptional property, offering one of the most beautiful panoramic views in Saint-Martin and direct access to the sea with a private dock. From its vantage point, the villa unveils a 180° panorama: Marigot Bay, the island of Anguilla, the lagoon in all its depth, the ocean, and, at nightfall, the vibrant lights of Sint Maarten. A constant spectacle, captivating at any time of day or night. In the hacienda style, the villa combines elegance, authenticity, and generous proportions. The property comprises a main villa and a separate cottage, guaranteeing absolute comfort and perfect privacy. The tropical garden is one of the house's charms. It's not uncommon to encounter Franklin the tortoise, who enjoys strolling peacefully around the grounds. Visitors adore this little mascot, who gives the villa a unique and authentic atmosphere. The living spaces open harmoniously onto the outdoors: a fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators, a living room with a 100-inch cinema screen, a games room, spacious furnished terraces, and an infinity pool suspended above the lagoon. The pool will be heated from November 2026. The outdoor spaces have been designed as true living areas: summer kitchen: pizza oven, griddle, reception terraces, pétanque court. ✨ Since July, a spectacular 100 m² rooftop terrace offers a unique setting for exclusive evenings facing, surely, the most beautiful view on Saint Martin.
