2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium in the Skyleaf area of Sugar Mountain! Lots of new furnishings in this upstairs unit, and beautiful views as well. Master bedroom has a king sized bed, second bedroom has two twin sized beds, and the living room has a sleeper sofa. In all, this condo can accommodate 6 people. Fully equipped kitchen (including Keurig) and gas fireplace make this an ideal place to spend your mountain vacation! Kitchen has pots and pans, dishes and silverware, small appliances. NO coffee is provided, but we are now stocking units with salt and pepper, and cooking oil.

If linens are taken or ruined, you will be responsible. Prices are as follows:

Quick last minute switch of accommodation

I was told the day before arrival that the accommodation had an appliance issue and we were offered a similar size condo at a very near location. We liked our new spot and are grateful to the property manager for reacting quickly and making sure our stay went smoothly.

A wonderful week.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had never been to the Blue Ridge Mountains. Then, a lifelong friend invited to join her. She recommended Sugar Mountain Lodging to me, and I quickly discovered what a good recommendation it was. The unit was very comfortable, quiet, and with a spectacular view. Cody and Joan, the managers, were efficient and and accommodating. They responded very promptly when I had a question. And they are just plain nice. It was a 5 star experience.

Skyleaf Condo Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very good. The condo was well equipped and clean. The morning after our arrival we discovered that the fridge was not working and we had to dispose of some food. However, the property management company acted quickly and sent a repair man out to fix the problem.

Mountain getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very nice. All we needed for our getaway. The only thing I disliked was the 1500 dollar deposit. I think 500 would have been a gracious plenty.

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There is no way I would have rented this unit if I had could have seen it first. It was not well kept or clean and was furnished as cheaply as possible. The foam mattress beds were barely suitable for kids but not for adults. Would have been nice to know that only one room had a full size bed. Im sure that the Walmart family on a budget with kids would have loved it.

Very nice little cozy condo. It was perfect for my family. We really enjoyed our stay. The view is amazing!

Skiing and Snowboarding Getaway

It was a nice and clean area. All the essentials for cooking, restroom, and bedding are there. It is 10 mins from the Skiing and Tubing area.

Great Ski location

10 mins to base of Sugar Mtn Ski Resort. Property manager, Joan, was accessed easily on multiple occasions and flexible with late check out request. Helpful to bring dishwashing liquid and kitchen towels. Place is suitable, but bare bones. Wifi and TV work well. Enjoyed our stay!

We didn’t go due to COVID-19 concerns

We are in the high risk category for COVID-19 so we cancelled our trip on July 13th Because the cases and hospitalizations continued to rise . I bought trip protection but haven’t quite figured out how to make a claim. Any help you could give with that works be great.

overall stay

Nice unit. Needs updating, but were told owner is working on that. Beautiful mountain view, but had to take dining room chairs out to sit on deck as there were no outside chairs. Management were very nice to deal with.

Mountain top stay

Had a wonderful stay during our time on the mountain. Accommodations were wonderful and the view is amazing. Definitely will be going back! Highly recommend!!
