This is a 2 story home with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom on the main floor. All bedrooms have new linens and comforters in every room. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and flat screen TVs.

The master suite is fitted with a king size bed with 50 a inch flat screen hdtv. It has an en-suite bathroom with a large soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower and dual sinks. There is a large walk-in closet.

There are 2 bedrooms with full size beds each with walk-in closet with flat screen hdtv in each bedroom.

The 4th bedroom is Nemo themed with 2 twin beds and flat screen hdtv and walk-in closet.


The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. It is stocked with dishes, serving plates, bowls, flatware, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster... The kitchen has all the amenities of home and should have everything you need to prepare your meals. There is an eating area in the kitchen with views out to the pool and lake. A perfect place to start your day. The kitchen opens onto the family room so you can still chat with the family while preparing your meals. The family room and kitchen both have doors which open onto the pool deck.

The pool is south facing which means you will get sun all day long. The pool overlooks the lake. We have alarms on all doors to ensure children's safety. We have lots of pool floaties and other pool toys. Beach towels provided. Pool heat is an option when the weather is cooler and can be arranged at the time of booking and added to your quote.

The lake is stocked with large mouth bass. We have fishing poles and tackle for guest use.

Small safe in the home to store your valuables.

For children we have a high chair, pack and play and stroller.
We have 2 bikes for guest use.
Located in a safe well secured neighborhood. Pull up at the gates and a gate code will open the electric gates and allow you access to the neighborhood.

The community has a playground for children and tennis and basketball court.
We have beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler if you are planning a trip to the beach. Cocoa Beach is 85 miles away and a great day trip.
