Outdoors
For an affordable price, our larger pool, is much more than just a dip pool you can expect in most villas. The pool is 28ft. x 16ft with a very large spa area, please see our photos for the best view. The pool & spa have free solar heating, and during the summer months they reach 84 degrees, so why swim in a small cold pool. From November to the end of March, you can choose electric heating for an extra charge of $25/£20 per day. This will heat the pool to 84 and the spa to 95 provided the pool blanket is kept in place when they are not being used. Pool heating must be ordered at the time of booking. Our large extended pool deck has sunshine all day, and all outlets to the pool are fitted with child alarms. There is also an under-cover area perfect for outdoor seating and dining with both a fan and lighting. The whole pool area has been refurbished in 2025. You are also allowed to fish in the lake, but if you are lucky to see a gator, NO NOT attempt to feed it, it’s against Florida law.

Indoors
Our 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa is where we live for 4-5 months of the year. All that we need to live in comfort is here for our guest to use. The whole house has full air-conditioning. All bedrooms have a ceiling fan, a TV, alarm clocks and plenty of storage areas. There are 3 newly updated bathrooms as our photos show.
The main room has a 54' HD multi-channel TV with Spectrum and Roco, plus lots of other entertainment channels. It also comes with free 5G WIFI. We are constantly updating our properties furniture and fittings, so don't be surprised to see changes to our photo's.
We are managed by a local company and if ever needed, help is just around the corner, their phone number is in their book. You will see that we overlook a lake, and fishing is allowed.
After many enquires, we would like to confirm that there is NO SMOKING inside our home. Smoking is allowed in our Lanai and around the pool area.

We do not loan out our BBQ because of health and safety reasons, but to ensure you have a clean and ready to be used one, they can be rented. This is a safe and healthy way to eat outside, and you know it comes with enough gas.
Also within the Crescent Lakes community there is a tennis court and children’s play area. All our prices include all fees, so no hidden costs.

My family of 4 simply loved this location. The 4 bedrooms was more than enough space. The screened in pool was a huge hit with the wife and kids. About 30 mins from all the Disney attractions. Safe and friendly middle class gated community was a plus.

Lovely property in a gated community.

Lovely well kept property in a gated community. The drive to and from attractions and amenities (restaurants) is a little long (especially the drive home during rush hour) but the residential area looks to be fairly new so more shops and some restaurants may be there by the time our next visit is due.

Great Stay

Everything about the property is great overall, and our kids liked that each one of them had their own bedroom and each essentially had its own bathroom, so they each called in their "own wing." What was interesting about our stay was that an act of nature caused some mishap, but the management company and the owner of the property handled things efficiently and with great grace and class. I highly recommend this property for anyone interested.

This was a very nice property. No real complaints, only minor issues: hot tub doesn’t get very hot, some of the blinds on the doors to the pool were falling apart. Again these are small issues, overall the place was great.

Snowbird Escape

This was our first time spending the winter months at this property and it was absolutely wonderful. Communication with the owner and property management could not have been any better. This was a complete difference from what we have experienced in previous years with other properties. The home is clean, comfortable and completely packed with essentials. We stayed for 8 days and we absolutely loved our stay in this comfortable beautiful house. We couldn’t get to use the pool as much because of the weather, sadly it was 30’s and 40’s but we got to use the hot tub which was great. We did pay an extra fee to heat it but it was worth it. The house had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable. We definitely recommend this house and when in Orlando will definitely book again.

Amazing Property & Owners!

I highly recommend choosing this property for your next Orlando visit. From the day we booked until we arrived back home the communication with the owners has been prompt and thorough. They were extremely accommodating to ensure we had the best experience in their home. A beautiful layout, clean and comfortable and everything you’d ever need for your home away from home for your trip. The local management that oversees the property are amazing as well! We needed a small section of pool screen fixed after a storm blew through and they were there within an hour of the call, had it fixed and made sure to see how our visit was going. The pool was incredible and really was our favorite way to beat the summer heat anytime of the day or evening. The beautiful covered pool deck with table and chairs was our go to spot for meals and coffee. Watching the storms roll through we had the perfect spot. Abundant wildlife right there in the yard and around the pond of the property. Just beautiful. We will absolutely book with the Hayes family again, top notch owners that truly take pride in their home and want others to enjoy it as much as they do. Thank you for being a huge part of why our trip to Orlando was so much fun!

Excellent home for your families vacation!

My family and I discovered the crescent lakes area last year and will now always try to find something in this area. We thought our home last year was nice, but this home was even better. We arrived a little early and they kindly let us in a half hour before arrival time. Management company was a breeze to work with on one minor issue of the spa overflow not circulating into the pool and that was fixed by simply resetting the timer to the pool. The pool area itself is gorgeous, spacious, and not close to neighbors like most villas in the area. Kitchen is big and equipped with anything you need apart from the food you bring. The master bedroom is huge and the bed is the comfiest one I've ever slept on. Also really like how every room is equipped with Rokus! My family brings our own each year because most villas bedrooms we've been in barely have cable in the rooms, thoroughly enjoyed the Rokus in the rooms already along with flat screen tvs that are also not the usual old box TV's. This home is beautiful, updated, and was a pleasure to stay at. My family and I will definitely be looking into it each year for our annual trip. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy our vacation in your home!

Really nice property

We enjoyed our February 8-day stay at this location. The house and the yard are very nice, and the pool and hot tub were nice treats. There is plenty of kitchen material- plates, cutlery, etc. The house was spotless and had several TVs for down times. The beds were very comfortable, which was important since my wife has a 'bad back'. The location is south of Kissimmee but we were able to get to Disney within 25 minutes each day. The gated community was nice which gave an additional sense of security. Being there at a cold time of the year, though we paid for additional heating the pool was not as warm as we had hoped for the first few days but I believe that is to be expected, no fault of the owner. The hot tub was very nice and warm. The back yard fronts onto a small lake and we enjoyed various herons and ibis coming by to check on us almost daily! Terry the owner was great to deal with. Olga the local manager was great to deal with as well. Only other negative observation is that for a couple of days a noisy neighbor across the lake blared music out his windows which made it hard to be outside at the pool but clearly this is no reflection on the owner- it is a neighborhood issue and seems odd as it is a very nice neighborhood.. I would recommend this property.

We retired in 2002 after selling our engineering company in Cornwal England. Looking for a winter home where the weather was warn, the food was good and golf was affordable, we searched Spain and America for a villa.
We chose Florida and 18 years later we are still live here for 4-5 months a year, however the waist line is increasing. That's why we do not show our photo's.

Why they chose this property

We were looking for a quite and relaxing place that had a large heated pool that was big enough to swim in, and if we were lucky it might be on a lake. Our search ended in Aster Cove Lane in Crescent Lakes. After a day at the park or when coming home from golf, it's a great place to have a gin & tonic and perhaps drop off to sleep. Our most loved area is our Lanai where we sit and watch the world go by and the wildlife fly in. In the evenings, it's the best place to have a night cap, and sort out what tomorrow will bring.

What makes this property unique

All local taxes and cleaning fees are included in our prices. Most of our guests are regulars who have been coming for years so we know we are doing something right. As our villa is mortgage free we are able to spend more on it's upkeep, so if you are looking for somewhere modern, very clean and tidy, it's here. Our management company have high standards, something our past guest's appreciate. We have been renting for over 17 years and we do not ask for past guests comments, but they are always welcome.
