3 Bedroom Home with Private Pool Area and Wireless Internet

Our home is perfect for your family vacation, and bring your friends too! You will find our home very relaxing and clean. We have new flooring throughout the entire home., along with a new kitchen with stainless appliances, new fully remodeled baths with beautiful tiled showers and quartz countertops. TVs are in each of the three bedrooms and the family room. For added privacy, our home backs up to the conservation area. Enjoy the south facing screened in pool along with the spacious Lanai and outdoor dining. A gas grill is also available for your cookouts. This home is fully equipped with everything you will need, along with a washer and dryer.

The villa was as per the pictures provided. It was a great size for our family of four and provided everything we needed as a base for Disney/Universal. Some of the fixtures are a bit dated, but other than that everything was very good. The communication with the host was excellent. They went out of their way to ensure we had the right channel to watch the world cup and someone was over within hours to replace the battery on a smoke alarm when we contacted them.

We found Debbie to be extremely helpful and very accommodating. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Sunset Lakes is quiet and safe but still close to restaurants, shops and Disney. The South-facing pool looks over a conservation area which made it very private. Overall, we had a very good experience with Debbie and really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely book a villa with Debbie again.

Great communication with Debbie and very accommodating with a late check out which we appreciated. Beds were comfortable, house very well equipped and in a quiet and safe development. Pool was warm and clean, a great addition to our stay. We would recommend and stay again.

The home was perfect for our family vacation. It was clean, the home was just as described in the VRBO description. The pool was warm and my daughters enjoyed swimming. The neighborhood was quiet and calm. We communicated with Debbie about the toilet handle in the master bedroom and she responded quickly to ensure the issue was resolved. She also was accommodating by providing us with an additional hour for checkout. It was an overall great experience.
