Godetevi questa bellissima casa vacanza situata nell'area di protezione delle risorse della baia di Chesapeake lungo il fiume Brewers. Ti sveglierai ai suoni della foresta. Mentre ti godi la tua bevanda mattutina preferita vedrai uccelli che piombano bassi sulla palude e sul fiume come aironi bianchi, aquile calve e molte altre specie. Di sera, goditi una cena romantica sotto il portico riparato mentre osservi il tramonto sulla palude e sul fiume e potresti vedere alcuni cervi che si divertono nel prato con la bassa marea.

Great Getaway!

We had a very relaxing stay. The house was beautiful and all of the windows facing the water made it a true escape! The owners were very responsive and wonderful to work with. Will definitely book again!

My family and I had a wonderful four night stay. This home is very clean, beautiful, and is furnished with everything you need to feel at home. There were even fresh flowers and warm homemade bread when we arrived! We would definitely stay there again ! The hosts are amazing to work with

Amazing Home!

We came to Virginia for a family member's change of command/retirement from the Navy in Norfolk. This house was perfect for our stay. We had three couples and each of us had our own room with a king size bed and bathroom. The kitchen was spacious and the living room was great for us to all hang out in and visit. Jerry & Lucy were phenomenal to communicate with during our stay. The view from the house was amazing and we would definitely stay again. Highly recommend this VRBO!

Relaxation, Luxury & Spectacular Views

What a gorgeous home on the marsh with viewsyou could only dream of! The home is upscale with loads of amenities. Jerry & Lucy were a pleasure to deal with & went out of their way to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.Perfect location for touring the many historical venues or just sitting on the rear deck enjoying a coffee & the sounds of nature. A great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was clean and well equipped. Loved the location overlooking the marsh and water ways nearby. The only issue was the coffee pot leaked pretty bad. We notified the owners and they said it would be replaced. The owners were very nice and accommodating. Thank you!

Beautiful home & view

We loved our stay at Jerry & Lucy's home, it was even better than the pictures. Beautiful & comfortable home with an outstanding view, plenty of space for our family. For other moms with little ones: there was a large ventilated closet upstairs that was perfect for the pack & play, good air circulation plus outlets for the monitor & noise machine. :) We hope to stay again next time we're in the area. Thanks very much for the hospitality!

Relaxing Stay with Pretty Views from the Screened Porch

We had a very relaxing long weekend with the dogs at Lucy & Jerry's beautiful basement apartment. The apartment has lovely decor and very comfortable beds. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 dogs. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the screened porch with gorgeous water views. Would have liked more yard space for the dogs, but we adjusted well. Keep in mind there is no water access from the property. And one of my dogs did adventure into the marsh once and needed a bath. (Just a warning to dog owners with adventurous pups). Lucy and Jerry were very accommodating and friendly hosts. Even though the neighborhood seemed "off the beaten path" we were able to get door dash delivery and a Lyft to dinner one night without a problem. While the apartment has a well equipped kitchen, we choose to eat out mostly. Yummy sushi, Mexican, and seafood options close by. We highly recommend this property!

Peaceful and Lovely

This property exceeded my expectations. It is well taken care of and it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! We enjoyed the beautiful scenery to enjoy while sitting on the patio. Jerry and Lucy were fantastic hosts! We will definitely stay again when we’re in the area!

Nice little get away

This place has absolutely amazing views. The screened in porch is was such an amazing place to sit back and just chill. I wish my stay could have been longer, because it was truly peaceful here.

Perfect Getaway

My wife and I stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend as a quick getaway from the bustle, and it was perfect. We enjoyed the fireplace and the peaceful scenery, and proximity to beaches and nature preserves for long walks during the day. Would definitely stay again.

Another Wonderful Stay

Again, we enjoyed a blissful sojourn by Brewer’s Creek. The sweet aroma of the marsh, the calling of the birds, and welcome relaxation on the screened porch, all came together to recall spending youthful summers on the banks of the Chuckatuck. Altogether a wonderful experience.

It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, library looking out to the lake out front and a large sunroom looking out over marsh and river.There are three bedrooms ( each with a kingsize bed) Each bedroom has its own private bath

Peaceful serene surroundings with water views, located within the resource protection area of the Chesapeake Bay with easy access to all major VA tourist attractions i.e historic Williamsburg, Va beach waterfront,Naval Base etc.
Guests will enjoy viewing wildlife, bird watching especially from the spacious deck, front porch and the two balconies from the bedrooms.
