Peace on the Brewers River.

Enjoy this beautiful vacation rental located in the resource protection area of the Chesapeake Bay along the Brewers River. You will wake up to the sounds of the nature. As you enjoy your favorite morning drink you will see birds swooping low over the marsh and river such as egrets, bald eagles and many other species. In the evening enjoy a romantic dinner on your deck as you watch the sunset over the marsh and river and you may see some deer frolicking in the meadow at low tide.
Your rental consists of the entire house however basement is excluded, three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining/sunroom, living room with fireplace, library 3 bathrooms , laundry area (washer & dryer).

Amazing Home!

We came to Virginia for a family member's change of command/retirement from the Navy in Norfolk. This house was perfect for our stay. We had three couples and each of us had our own room with a king size bed and bathroom. The kitchen was spacious and the living room was great for us to all hang out in and visit. Jerry & Lucy were phenomenal to communicate with during our stay. The view from the house was amazing and we would definitely stay again. Highly recommend this VRBO!

What a gorgeous home on the marsh with viewsyou could only dream of! The home is upscale with loads of amenities. We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was clean and well equipped. Loved the location overlooking the marsh and water ways nearby. The only issue was the coffee pot leaked pretty bad. We notified the owners and they said it would be replaced. The owners were very nice and accommodating. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Jerry & Lucy's home, it was even better than the pictures. Beautiful & comfortable home with an outstanding view, plenty of space for our family. For other moms with little ones: there was a large ventilated closet upstairs that was perfect for the pack & play, good air circulation plus outlets for the monitor & noise machine. :) We hope to stay again next time we're in the area. Relaxing Stay with Pretty Views from the Screened Porch

We had a very relaxing long weekend with the dogs at Lucy & Jerry's beautiful basement apartment. The apartment has lovely decor and very comfortable beds. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 dogs. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the screened porch with gorgeous water views. Would have liked more yard space for the dogs, but we adjusted well. Keep in mind there is no water access from the property. And one of my dogs did adventure into the marsh once and needed a bath. (Just a warning to dog owners with adventurous pups). Lucy and Jerry were very accommodating and friendly hosts. Even though the neighborhood seemed "off the beaten path" we were able to get door dash delivery and a Lyft to dinner one night without a problem. While the apartment has a well equipped kitchen, we choose to eat out mostly. Yummy sushi, Mexican, and seafood options close by. We highly recommend this property!

Perfect Getaway

My wife and I stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend as a quick getaway from the bustle, and it was perfect. We enjoyed the fireplace and the peaceful scenery, and proximity to beaches and nature preserves for long walks during the day. Would definitely stay again.
