Beachfront property in central part of town!!!

Beachfront property in central part of beautiful San Pedro. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. 8-9 blocks from local airport. Water dock literally yards away. We can certainly assist in booking excursions including snorkeling, fishing trips, diving trips. Or, just relax on the hammock at the hotel.

Each room has fans and, since hotel is beachfront, there is always a nice breeze. If AC is needed, it's available for a small fee. No need to pay ahead of time, clients usually decide once they get there. Each room also has Microwave, minifridge, and private washroom.

You are currently reviewing the second floor option. This includes a small kitchenette. If you are interested in the first floor option, please see such on VRBO and notify me.

Also of note: due to the high costs of maintaining the TV and most clients do not use it, we have stopped all TV services. We do have excellent Wifi option, so please bring your smart devices.

Great place to stay in town on the beach

Wonderful place to stay in the middle of San Pedro on the water. Sitting on the porch, enjoying people and water watching were the best. The manager, Viviana, is great - available and helpful!

Great little place!

Not a traditional VRBO, but more like hotel accommodations with dishes, microwave and minifridge/freezer. We knew that and it fit what we wanted so was perfect for my daughter and I on our spring break trip. Check in and out was easy and the location is great. Highly recommend!

We felt at home

Julie checked us in and was the sweetest lady. She made sure we had everything we needed and she’s always seen cleaning. She even offered to freshen up our room and we were only there 3 nights. Would definitely stay again.

Budget accommodation (for San Pedro)

The property was central and easy to find. It was relatively less expensive than most options in San Pedro but it’s definitely “no frills.” Simple, clean, friendly accommodation option close to shops and restaurants in “mid town” of San Pedro.

The perfect spot

We loved our stay at the Conch Shell Inn! 2 minute beach walk from the water Taxi and close to early the activities of downtown San Pedro. The rooms are simple, very clean & comfortable with mini fridges and a microwave. We will definitely stay again!!

Nice, simple place to stay right in center of San Pedro

Could be great for you depending on what you are looking for. Small, simple place to drop your bags and sleep, right in the middle of things downtown. Was Carnival the weekend we stayed, so a bit noisy til late, but to be expected. We tried sleeping 1st night with open windows, but was slightly warm, so opted for “optional” air conditioning the rest of the stay. Main criticism would be bathroom is very “tight”, with barely room to maneuver. Best part was as morning coffee on balcony.

Awesome Stay

The best part was your host. She’s a very nice, kind and helpful lady. She went out of her way to help me when I lost my phone. She works really hard on the properly to keep things clean and nice.

The initial photo leads you to believe the beach is clean and open to where you can go into the ocean , unfortunately the seaweed and trash along the beach and with docks and tour piers really don’t allow for such.

Wonderful stay

The Conch Shell in is a perfect place to stay for those just wanting a room in the middle of everything and not spend a bunch. It is a no frills place. Vivian meet us on arrival and was so enjoyable and really goes out of her way to make everything perfect. They rooms have temperpedic mattresses and slept great. It was 20 feet into the ocean from the room. Went snorkeling right out of the room. Food, entertainment, stores, all rihht there. The water taxi is only a hundred yards away. The place was lovely and the staff was excellent. Thanks so much to Vivian and all she does. Would definitely stay again.

San Pedro

Location is on the beach in the heart of this busy town/city. Great views. There is a 15USD fee for air conditioning per day. This was a surprise and as a frequent traveller, a first. I was not so happy. The walls are thin and the property has about 8 units. Hence it is not quiet. The tap water is off limits and they ask you not to put the toilet paper in the toilet but the garbage. Nonetheless it was all we needed for a couple nights.
