Renovated and modern 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home only a 2min walk to the beach

This light and airy family holiday home has sun drenched living areas on the upper floor which open onto 2 seperate decking areas. The master bedroom (with ensuite) is also located on the upper floor.

Downstairs are 3 bedrooms:
- bunk room sleeping 4
- bedroom with queen bed
- bunk (queen bed below and single bed above)
as well as a laundry, bathroom and a spacious entry area with sofa for relaxing.

Special conditions: Two night minimum stay.

Linen & cleaning $200 fee/stay - compulsory

Lovely bach near the sea

We had a great stay at this lovely bach Very clean and had everything we needed Really great kitchen which we appreciated as the weather wasn’t great so we cooked up a storm Gretchen was fantastic to deal with Highly recommend this bach

What a great location (short walk to the beach) and beautiful accomodation! The house was spacious and the outdoor deck was the perfect spot for family lunch in the sunshine after an ocean swim! The owners were welcoming and efficient in communication. Look forward to coming back!

Wonderful weekend in Pauanui

Our family had a lovely weekend at this delightful property in Pauanui. Beautifully clean and tidy, with all the extras that you don't expect but are lovely to find. Terrific location. Can't fault the place, and owner is a delight to communicate with. Would love to go back sometime soon.

Gorgeous Home, Perfect location

We travel extensively overseas and locally and can highly recommend this home. It was very clean and tidy, I loved the décor used, very beachy and I especially loved the little touches of using the eco products, having shampoo and conditioner available was a plus as Id forgotten mine. Easily suited our group of 9 staying. Everything was catered for. Would definitely rent again. Thanks so much Gretchen.

Fantastic house and set up!

We had a long weekend with 2 families at the house and it was perfect! The location is so close to the beach, the house is very well appointed and has a really lovely feel to it too. It was also very toddler proof which was a welcome surprise. really good for kids. Thanks Gretchen we'll be back!

Great family retreat

Great house for a visit to Pauanui, we had two families with 5 children and the house was ideal. The living space is very good with large top floor decks to catch the morning and evening sun. Its 200m from beach on a quiet road. Don't hesitate, this one is as good as the pictures!
